The issue of the employment of the graduates has become increasingly prominent. According to statistics, in recent years, the unemployment of graduates accumulates some more than five millions. The CNKI database, retrieve the "university graduates" from the 1999-2008 academic, they are 6968 articles. These articles discussed the reasons for the difficult employment of graduates from different angles, Such as policy, social capital, human capital and so on. To research on the impact of the ability structure to the employment of the graduates, it's important on theoretical and practical values, it's not only promoting faster and better employment for graduates, but also providing the reference of education reform. This research will help to enrich and improve the repertory of the employment of the graduates; human capital theory; promote ability construction; and offers the theoretical basis for the subject of research and improve the system of the school curriculum. From the practical significance, First, the ability structure to obtain the employment is the "Key", it's basis for achieve higher quality of employment. Therefore, to strengthening the ability structure of the employment of graduates is conducive to further research of the influence various of various specific ability of graduates, thus, provide a complete ability structure of graduates for the departments, with some maneuverability and feasibility of the policy consulting.This research is based on the perspective of human capital, the research method is integrating the quality analysis and quantitative analysis, the research choose the graduates in Guangzhou, integrating questionnaire survey with interview the case. We should use the SPSS packages to analyze the collected data, the confidence to 95%, we get the objective and real conclusion, through analyze the independent variable (the ability structure) and dependent variable (the opportunities and quality of the employment of the graduates).From knowledge and experience of the graduates and market demand, we research the impact of interpersonal skills, organizing abilities, express abilities, special abilities to the employment of the graduates. The result showed:the ability structure to the employment of the graduates. The conclusions is following:first, interpersonal skills, organizing abilities,express abilities, special abilities is impact on the opportunities of the employment; Second, the interpersonal skills, organizing abilities,express abilities, special abilities is impact on the quality of the employment; the third, impacting on the opportunities of the employment for sorting is interpersonal skills, organizing abilities,express abilities, special abilities;Fourth, impacting on the quality of the employment for sorting is organizing abilities, interpersonal skills, express abilities, special abilities.Based on that, we proposed four effective proposals on increasing opportunities and improving quality of the graduates. First, we should enhance professional institutions to deal with pertinence and flexibility; Second, we should strengthen soft skills training; third, we should establish the normal distribution channels of human capital; Forth, we should raise the level of self-knowledge of the University students'.
