Physical Education is a comprehensive implementation of the party's education policy, the implementation of an important component of quality education. The teaching of athletics, physical education is an important component. It is in college physical education account for a large proportion of college physical education is one of the main content. However, a long time due to "examination-oriented education" as well as the impact of traditional teaching mode, track and field teaching there is one more track and field teaching methods and form a single, technically demanding, the lack of interesting; two track and field teaching content to repeat and update more slow, dull and monotonous two main issues. This may easily lead to students interested in track and field class is not high,Do not even like on the track and field lessons.A group of college girls is a special group of colleges and universities, with their mental, physical specificity, how to improve its track and field teaching, to enjoy learning, learn interesting to improve track quality and athletic ability to develop good sports exercise habits, promoting all-round development in order to meet the requirements of the times and the need for quality education is worth discussing college sports workers studied. This study proposes to start from the compose interesting track and field, using interesting teaching methods to stimulate students motivation to learn in order to cultivate and enhance their interest in track and field lessons and hobbies. In order to test the teaching side The feasibility and effectiveness of the method, this study carried out on the fun track and field and its teaching theoretical analysis, based on the introduction of college girls in their physical education class, carried out a two-month teaching experiment, experimental results show that:1. "Fun track and field" is a physical and psychological characteristics of different objects specifically designed to have a taste of some of the general form of the track and field events, the main tool is the use of walking, running, jumping, investment and other forms of track and field's basic movement exercises, in the event sports games have a certain formal characteristics, the purpose is to train and improve students ability and interest in track and field, thereby enhancing the physical fitness of students and health.2. Girls track and field teaching in colleges and universities to introduce and interesting teaching methods is feasible and effective. It is consistent with college girls track and field teaching physical education curriculum reform and the direction of reform; in line with college girls in physical and psychological characteristics to meet their interests and needs, be able to complete the new outline of the college girls track and field teaching objectives.3. Track and field teaching in the use of fun teaching can receive better teaching effect of attracting more students to love track and field lessons. Interesting track and field teaching in inspire and train students interested in track and field, so that physical education students to experience the fun of athletics are obviously superior to the traditional track and field teaching.4. The introduction of physical education college girls track and field fun teaching can enable students to achieve "university student health standard" requirements, played with athletic-based traditional teaching the same effect; the same time can improve their human qualities, such as the team, the collective, the spirit of mutual cooperation.
