Health Fitness refers to the average person in order to promote health, prevent disease and improving the efficiency of daily life, the pursuit of fitness. Health Fitness requirements of specific content, basically contains cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular strength and muscular endurance, flexibility and body composition of four. For health, is of special significance. Health Fitness is the four elements of ordinary people to promote health, prevent disease and improve the efficiency of daily life, work and study the pursuit of physical fitness, basic covers school sports the pursuit of health goals, students complete the physical basis of studying and working in higher education. Basis is the traditional and sport of track and field, its value covers health fitness exercise all of the content. But due to the influence of various factors such as track and field teaching and the outside world, edge of the current track and field selective course in colleges and universities facing health service delivery insufficiency.The subject through documentation law, expert interviews and questionnaire method, experimental technique, statistical analysis and other methods of track and field elective course teaching in University physical fitness and health concept of fusion, this study includes the following five parts:Part one:student satisfaction and demands of the track and field elective course teaching in the past. Mainly through the2009questionnaire of track and field elective course students, understanding students on current track arid field teaching content and teaching methods, teaching, and three more satisfaction, and the requirements for the analysis of track and field teaching reform in the future, improvement to better track and field teaching for the future, achieving the health related physical fitness teaching goals provide a realistic basis.Part II:analysis basic idea Health Fitness and content. Includes physical fitness and Health Fitness concept and important views; basic content of the theory of Health Fitness; concept of physique, physical fitness, physical fitness of comparative analysis. These health-related fitness ideas and content for the accurate grasp the direction and content of the study focused on providing theoretical support.Part III:Health Fitness track and field teaching scheme design. According to the current situation of track and field elective course teaching and students on the teaching of track and field elective requirements, combined with the health fitness concept, on the2010track and field elective student design study on the experimental programme, including: control group students according to the conventional teaching design; experimental group students in accordance with the design of experiment teaching in health fitness requirements. In experimental group programme design main from theory, and technology two a aspects for teaching content design, in full investigation students requirements and expert recommendations of premise Xia, developed has corresponding of track and field health body suitable can movement prescription, and made implementation the movement prescription must comply with of nine section principles, is:prepared principles; particularity principles; balanced and the security principles; overload principles; progressive principles; law principles; changes principles; reversible principles; full program principles.Part Ⅳ:experimental results and analysis. Through the body in intelligent physical fitness testing instrument to participate in the experiment twice before and after the experiment the students’ physical fitness test. Use SPSS16.0data analysis software for independent samples t-test. Test items are:bench trials, grip, bending, body mass index in upright seated position. Analysis includes the differences between the experimental samples before testing; health fitness test before and after experimental teaching effect comparison test.Part five:conclusions and recommendations. Results according to requirements, draw conclusions, the summary of this study, combined with realistic present situation of track and field elective course teaching physical fitness and health concept, made the implementation track and field teaching Health Fitness concept proposal.
