The Status Quo And The Problems Of The Creation Education In The Research Universities Of China And The Solutions To The Problems

In the 21st century, the world entered the era of knowledge economy. Compared to the traditional economic times, technology and knowledge account for great proportion in the knowledge economy. In the world, the current competition between countries in all fields is a competition in science and technology, in education and in quality of talents. From the experience of some innovative countries and the practice of our country's reforms and development during past several decades, colleges and universities should and will play an important role in the process of building our country an innovative country. To promote creation education in universities and colleges and to inspire students creation ability are the most important goals of education and the main tendency of international education.Both in China and other countries all over the world, research oriented universities have teachers of high quality who are excellent masters in all kinds of fields, and have advanced infrastructure equipments, so they have quality and advantage to implement creation education and to cultivate creative talents. At the same time, research oriented universities also shoulder the mission to implement the country's strategy of improving students' creative ability through science education.At first, the dissertation defines creation education and relative concepts. Then, it traces the resource of creation education and presents the status quo of which, therefore points out the necessity and possibility of implanting creation education in research oriented universities. Through analyzing the status, the dissertation encourages the achievements of creation education, points out problems and shortcomings, and finds out the reasons by analyzing these problems and shortcomings. Finally, based on above mentioned research, the dissertation puts forward several measures and suggestions to implement creation education in our country's research oriented universities, showing a way of improving creation education in our country.
