With the rapid development of information technology,"Internet +" has become an important symbol of industrial technology transformation and upgrading.The advent of the era of big data and the rapid development of computer technology have brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges to the cultivation of computer professionals in higher vocational colleges.On the one hand,the demand for computer application talents is increasing year by year,and the direction of professional field is becoming more and more specialized.On the other hand,the requirements for general ability and core accomplishment are generally improved.It has become the common pursuit of the reform of the training mode of computer professionals in higher vocational colleges to cultivate high-quality compound computer professionals with innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability.Under the background of coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,Beijing,as a "science and technology innovation center",is changing its development ideas.It is necessary to focus on the development of industries with rapid technological progress,high technology level and technology-intensive factors.The goal of building Beijing's economic structure is to guide the industry to the direction of intensive,efficient and sophisticated development.The demand for computer talents in this high-tech industry is closely related to the future development process.As one of the top ten popular majors at present,the demand for computer professionals is as high as 6.4 million per year.According to the survey,Graduates majoring in Computer in Beijing are unable to meet the social demand for talents in terms of quantity and talent demand,which makes this kind of high-level computer technical talents more scarce.Therefore,in order to meet the needs of the society for talents,we must deepen the reform of talent training mode.According to the research,the talent training mode must respond to the new requirements of industrial technology development on the training objectives,and closely follow the reform of the core task of talent training,so as to effectively improve the quality of professional talent supply.Correcting the Training Objectives with the Times,taking the training of vocational competence and professional development ability as the guide,relying on the cooperation between double-qualified teachers and schools and enterprises,establishing the curriculum system and standards that integrate theory with practice,and improving the quality improvement system of multi-evaluation are the basic direction of the reform of personnel training mode.In this paper,through the use of documentation method,questionnaire method and comparative analysis to get the picture of the current enterprise demand for talent,and talent training mode for a comprehensive analysis and summary;According to the basic framework of personnel training mode,this paper analyzes the typical mode of talent training of computer applied technology specialty in higher vocational colleges in Beijing at present,and makes a comparative analysis,summarizes the problems existing in the personnel training development is: the ambiguous orientation of personnel training objectives,the imperfect construction of double-qualified teachers,the inadequate curriculum system and curriculum standards to meet the needs of enterprises,the over-dogmatic teaching process and the neglect of capacity-building all play a limiting role in the training of computer professionals.in this regard,the following aspects should be improved: Firstly,we should further promote the combination of industry and education,school-enterprise cooperation and build a dual mechanism.Second,we should improve the curriculum system and reform the teaching methods.Thirdly,we should build a team of double-qualified teachers.Fourthly,we should reform the inherent evaluation model and realize a deversified evaluation system.Fifthly,we should improve the reform of the "1+X" certificate system and enhance the competitiveness of students in employment.Sixthly,we should improve the policy system and the financial subsidy system.
