With the development of society, education has become a national strength ofthe key factors, so it is necessary, education comprehensive and sports teachersprofessional development is an important work of education comprehensive reform,high school physical education teachers, for the important responsibility ofcultivating students morality, body, beauty, so the sports teachers professionaldevelopment is particularly important in improving education overall. Teachertraining has been an effective way to improve teachers quality and teaching ability,but in the traditional sense of the teacher training too much emphasis on giving, theparticipation of passive training teachers, physical education teachers even took partin the training, also dont get satisfactory results. Along with the development ofscience and technology and the advent of the era of knowledge, knowledge updatefaster and faster, in the traditional sense of the physical education teachers traininghave already cant adapt to the needs of contemporary and future PE teachers, also isunable to meet the learning society and lifelong education system of physicaleducation teachers new demands. Network openness, resources richness as well asthe characteristics of not restricted by space-time, anytime, anywhere for PEteachers to autonomous learning, teacher independent learning under the networkenvironment is the physical education teachers professional development of a newand effective way, at the same time, make the teachers lifelong learning and lifelongdevelopment possible. In this paper it is in the background based on the analysis ofthe study.First of all, this study high school PE teachers under the network environment,expounds the concept, characteristics of autonomous learning, analyses the researchstatus of autonomous learning at home and abroad. High school physical educationteachers to participate in the network resources in north JiangSu area situation ofautonomous learning, on the basis of questionnaire survey, analyzed the region thestatus quo of PE teachers use of network resources for independent learning and theinfluencing factors of physical education teachers to participate in the network autonomous learning analysis, put forward to promote high school physicaleducation teachers in effective strategies in autonomous learning under the networkenvironment, so as to enhance the overall network of physical education teachers innorth JiangSu autonomous learning level.
