Study on teachers'job burnout in home and abroad mainly concentrates on the easy happen stage of burnout putting forward; there is no or little study for the other stages, and there is no study on the job burnout for the teachers who ready to retire from office. This paper takes the elementary teachers of Yanbian as object of study; analyze the actual job burnout states of elementary teachers who ready to retire form office by actual survey; study the relationship between job burnout and career stage; the relationship between job burnout states of elementary teachers who ready to retire form office and the environments of individuals, groups and organizations; search for the reasons of job burnout of elementary teachers who ready to retire form office, analyze the features and management, to further enriching the research on teachers' job burnout; provide some useful reference for our teachers'professionalization.This paper uses the method of documentary analyzing the dynamic of job burnout study in home and abroad, the writer revised the teachers'job burnout paper which made by Maslach and others, investigated 103 teachers who ready to retire from office by questionnaire, and interviewed 8 of them. To compare the difference between the teachers who ready to retire from office and the teachers of other stages, the writer also interviewed 1052 other stages teachers, and did quantitative analysis by SPSS; got present job burnout situation of teachers who ready to retire from office; the difference between individuals, groups and organizations, and the factors that influence the teachers job burnout.Statistics shows that the overall level of job burnout for teachers who ready to retire from office is just at a general level (mean=2.444), but the emotional exhaustion is at a serious level (mean=3.014), compared with other stages teachers, job burnout of teachers who ready to retire from office is the most serious, and has greatly significant difference with control (P=0.006); teachers who ready to retire from office, compared with other stages teachers, has greatly significant difference with control in adaptive capacity, professional attitude and individual physical (P< 0.001), bad marriage condition of children; bad employment condition of children; colleagues didn't respect oneself; criticized by leadership and so on. All of these events influence teachers ready to retire from office a lot. For the job burnout of teachers who ready to retire from office, professional development attitude, adaptive capacity, self-efficacy, individual physical, social support has a good predictive power for the overall level of it. (can explain job burnout covariation over 10%, P<0.01). the predictive power for professional development attitude is the best(can explain job burnout covariation 35.5%), job burnout of Korean-chinese elementary teachers is worse than Chinese elementary teachers, the difference is significant (P=0.01); job burnout of teachers in city is more serious than those in the countryside, the difference is significant (P=0.007).Base on questionnaire and interview, this paper got the conclusions as follows:1,job burnout of teachers who ready to retire from office is at a general level, but the level of emotional exhaustion is worse;2,The behavior of job burnout for teachers who ready to retire from office is psychological negative, withdrawal behavior;3,Teachers who ready to retire from office lack psychological preparation for this stage;4,The job burnout features of teachers who ready to retire from office;5,For the job burnout of teachers who ready to retire from office, professional development attitude, adaptive capacity, self-efficacy, individual physical, social support has a good predictive power for the overall level of it.With the regularity acquaintance for job burnout of teachers who ready to retire from office, to solve the problem of job burnout, promote teacher professional development of this stage, this paper give advice from individuals, groups and organizations as follows:1,For individuals:get the career development rule of teachers who ready to retire from office, change the mindsets, don't give up studying for the reason of elder, set up the view of "you are never too old to learn", communication with family members regularly, learn how to meet the problem of lonely, make of their life anything they wish, prepare to retire.2,For groups:form the environment of respect the aged teacher, play the role of ready to retire from office group.3,For organizations:give teachers who ready to retire from office more free time, more respect and give them the work that can easily use their experience. 4,For society:give teachers who ready to retire from office more support, set prepare for retire education organization, create conditions for pass this stage smoothly.
