Care education theory founded by Neill·Nodding in the mid 1980's, discussed and enhanced emphasis on education of the moral sense on the view of female perspective, advocates the aim of education is to develop the people who are ability,care for people, love people worthy of love. After the nineties, it has attracted much attention as" learning to care about" the emergence of this educational trend in the world.Caring teacher-student relationship between teachers and students advocates the establishment of a new type of interpersonal relationship, which highlights the emotional fusion and life experience, emphasizes the education atmosphere of caring, pays attention to the school life of teachers and students.This study is to learn Nodding's Caring educational theory, using the interviews, questionnaires, literature research and other research methods, studies the status quo of the rural high school teacher-student relationship analyzes the reasons of caring lack, and seeks the methods of building caring teacher-student relationship to provide some information for the rural high school teachers. This paper consists of the following parts:Preface:including the reasons, signifiance, and methods of the research.PartⅠ:Construction of caring teacher-student relationship-based theories. This section is the concept, characteristics and general significance of the care education.PartⅡ.-Analysis of the status of rural high school teacher-student relationship. This part is to find out the status of rural high school teacher-student relationship and analyze the reasons for lack of care by the way of questionnaire survey.PartⅢ:Construction of rural high school caring teacher-student relationship.In this chapter, from the teachers point of view, putting forward construction of rural high school teacher-student relationship-based care approach:respect, understanding, trust and setting examples.The end:A summary of the study, indicating the desire of this research and point to the existence of limitation and shortcoming.
