The Practice And Investigation Of "Enterprise-School-Student" Multi-win Model Based On School-enterprise Cooperation

In recent years, with the deepening of the reform of vocational education in our country, university-enterprise cooperation mode in the modern vocational education system has became one of the most characteristic, most effective measures. The change of social economic structure, labor supply and demand imbalance, and the skill talent structure is not scientific, so the present situation of the talent quality cannot meet the requirements of employ persons. The situation determines the vocational schools need to accelerate the pace of reform for university-enterprise cooperation and explore new models, the combination between production enterprises,schools, students with win-win-win model construction to drive the development of education and local economy, become the new thinking to solve the problem of the talent employment.This article takes Zhejiang Business and Trade School and "YiWu Gou" university-enterprise cooperation mode as the research object, to explore the effective way to solve the problem from the Angle of win-win-win. Win-win-win of enterprises,schools, students is the success of socialist harmonious culture in vocational education,its core content is the balance of the enterprise, school and student’s interests.Enterprise and school gives different attentions in the social responsibility, the pursuit of benefits makes it different. The fundamental task of vocational schools is cultivate good professional ethics, skilled professional skill talented person. The mode based on the win-win-win of university-enterprise cooperation is focusing on seeking the balance of interests for enterprises, schools and students. This article mainly uses literature research method, survey method, case analysis method, inductive deductive method, etc., takes Zhejiang Business and Trade School and "YiWu Gou" university-enterprise cooperation mode as the research object, in order to analysis the feasibility of building win-win-win model, find the commonness and individuality during achieving the win-win-win mode in university-enterprise cooperation and seek the countermeasures to solve the problem, in order to provide feasible suggestions in achieving the win-win-win mode.The article is divided into four parts. The first part is the background andsignificance of this selected topic, through the analysis of the theoretical and practical significance of university-enterprise cooperation, define the win-win-win mode, the concept of university-enterprise cooperation, and summarized the current research status at home and abroad; The second part analyzes the Yiwu e-business environment and the present developing situation of the Yiwu Gou e-business trading platform, analyzed the university-enterprise cooperation motivation, puts forward how to construct win-win-win mode based on the e-budiness major of Zhejiang Business and Trade School; The third part deeply analysis the main problems and causes in the current vocational education and current university-enterprise cooperation mode from two aspects of universality and individuality in the problem;The fourth part puts forward the reasonable countermeasures to solve the problem of generality and individuality for the problems and reasons described before, from the three aspects of government, schools and enterprises.
