A Study On The Construction Of High-Level Universities' Academic Ecology In The New Era

Modern universities, particularly high-level ones, are multi-functional organizations of individual training, scientific research and social services, that takes important tasks for the development of economic and social to train creative talents, forms innovational achievements of science and technology in various fields and changes technology innovations into real productivities and competitive advantages. Therefore, the strategic position of the high-level universities in the Innovation-oriented Nation-building can not be replaced by any organization, and the level of universities has a direct impact on the process of the Innovation-oriented Nation-building.Academic-research is the soul of universities, which is the fundamental feature differing from other social organizations. In one university, academic-research has always been throughout among individual training, scientific research and community services, which are the three basic university-functions. The development situation of academic-research will have a direct impact on university scientific research, affect the quality of individual training, especially the quality of graduate students who involved in research activities directly, that in turn, will affect the situation of serve community. Academic-research should be supposed to be serious and noble, but in recent years, some domestic well-known universities starts to appear a number of academic misconducts, kinds of potential academic issues continue to surface.The rise of eco-philosophy not only broadens quietly human's perspective to understand the world, but also provide a new perspective for the academic-scholars in 20th century. Ecological theory emphasizes system-method, which warns people that the outbreak of the academic-research crisis not a purely academic question, but a multiplex result for the affecting by social and political, economic, cultural and other factors. In recent years, the research on the academic-ecology has been become a hot topic in social-science research. People hold a comprehensive inquiry on academic-ecology including it's nature, operation modes, existing problems and others subjects from different point of view, but the research involving the academic ecology of domestic high-level university is few. Although there are many problems in academic-ecology, the inherent quality of academic-ecology makes the that issues among different levels universities have an essential common, while for the differences of school-level resulting that different academic disciplines have different requirements which makes the high-level university's academic ecology has its own characteristics. Therefore, the article intends from this perspective to gain an analysis and research on the subject of academic-ecology in new era.Based on theory from Ecological Philosophy and Ecological Worldview and the subject of Educational Ecology, for it's main body,this article interprets in detail the academic ecosystem, examines the development situation of the academic ecology in the new era and lists a number of adverse effects caused by the imbalance of academic ecology. The part four in paper analysis in detail reasons caused by problems of academic ecology in high levels universities from several aspects of management system, self-awareness of academic subjects, relevant laws and regulations, academic evaluation system etc in universities, and in the last chapter, on how to build academic ecology, several detailed strategies were raised: compliance with the internal laws of academic development, strengthen the construction of the academic system, foster academic subject actively, use of legal constraints appropriately and create actively a healthy and harmonious academic environment.
