Study On Self-education Of College Students Under The Perspective Of Career Planning

Career planning is a continuous process, and it goes through one's whole life. The goal of career planning is to enhance his ability of self-programming and self-development, strengthen sense of self-education and capability, Attain to the overall development and self-realization. Career planning is necessary to everybody under grimness of the employment situation. The college students not only need to make preparations for the employment, but also need to make good programming and preparations for farsighted development of the whole life. Similar to the development regulation of things,"outside factor is the condition of development while inside one is the power of development", these life programming and preparation can only be completed by themselves, and depend on their self-education. College and college and society can create exterior condition and beneficial environment for the development of the college students, but whether they can obtain over development or not is still decided by themselves.Therefore,in order to resolve various problems including employment problem and make a life programming reasonably, the college students must pay great attention to self-education and adopt valid measures to strengthen and improve their self-education.
