During the three years, for junior middle school students, Chinese reading study always be observed. Quantity , content, even the effect of the reading are written by . it is not easy, however, to arrive at the goal which written by governors of education. Not only need hard study for the teacher, but the students do. Because we can find have no guide for reading method or strategies in current Chinese textbooks, or reading books. So the resistance of improving the performance of student's reading is increasing."The Rural Modern Long-distance Education"as a great engineering of our country, the goal is to solve the problem of education in Midwest area of china. Though a lot of study has been given by many professors, questions always can be found, either. For example, how the students of"the Rural Modern Long-distance Education"school to study and to make use of the reading strategies.I gain a quantity of first hand information, for obtaining some strategies to in accord with"the Rural Modern Long-distance Education"school. Among this study, investigation methods,questionnaire methods and interviewing methods are used, and have four schools be my samples. And at last, I make a series of comparisons and analysis. The paper systematically analysis the current effect and the reading strategies of middle school students of"the Rural Modern Long-distance Education". The reference for me include many studies come from not only China but foreign countries. I want to make a systemic reading strategies aided by cognition psychology, reading psychology and Systems Theory , and my practice is included, too.There will be two parts control the whole reading program. And one part include reading methods, reading cognition, and reading level and so on; the other part include the cognition of themselves. for example, they have the definitely cognition of their reading actives are effective or not. in consideration of this, I part the whole reading program into two parts: cognition and metacognition.According to the investigation, we know that have no one strategy can be used for every sciences or every person. So in my opinion, in time dimension, Chinese reading strategies can be parted three inferior concepts: before reading strategies, among reading strategies, after reading strategies.Cognition strategies as the directly strategies among the reading active, will have unlike form during different period. And the metacognition have some connection with the effects. Metacognition must stay the whole reading program, controlling the reading active and make the diverge active return the correct goal. By means of this study, facilitating the teaching theory and the study theory, and promoting the Educational Technology in practice. The directive goal to study this question is to improve the reading present situation and reading quantity, to make the ET more rational and effective in practice, to assistance the"the Rural Modern Long-distance Education"grow up healthily.
