Interpretation of the data included the organization of data in order to manipulate data, and then analyze the data and concluded, on the interpretation of data collected for further reasoning, prediction or hypothesis, it is important that the data given by inspiration.View from the current study, the various capabilities of the scientific inquiry there is no assessment of the standard can operate. At home, we are useful for more research, less a process of skills for intensive study. This study attempts to make up for gaps in the current study, using pencil and paper tests and clinical interviews to explain the data on the current junior high school students the ability to do the following research:(1) Face the real problem situation, what is the student'ability to interpreting data?(2) With the different background, how is the knowledge affect the ability of interpreting data?(3) The students interpret the data capacity of influencing factors.In scientific research a TIMSS1995 multiple choice test check of Junior High School 189 subjects were selected ,interviewed 36 students, and convert it into an open question test students in three grades, interviews 15 of them, The main findings were as follows:(1) from the choice point of view, all subjects answered correctly 58.2%, 42.4% of them who started the second year, 69.4%, 63.9% three days of the students the correct answer rate is not increased with grade, but with the knowledge and contacts close.(2) from the title and the opening into the tracking of students interviewed found that students in the absence of knowledge of the case study will describe the data only when trying to explain, only the data presented to explain the trend.
