Study On Adaptability Of Secondary Vocational Education And Local Economical Development

Secondary vocational education is an important component part of modern education, it serves local economical construction directly. Among the whole education industry, secondary vocational education has the closest relationship with the development of society and economy. With the deepening of our country's reform and opening, the society and economy develop rapidly, market-based economy system and economy structure also adjust and improve constantly. Original system of secondary vocational education has lagged far behind the demand of the economical development. Under such circumstance, the reform of secondary vocational education is imperative and necessary.The economy of Hechi municipality has developed rapidly in recent 30 years, but compared with the economy of other prosperous cities in China, it still has a long way to go. For achieving a steady and rapid growth of local economy, the most critical step is to cultivate a large number of high-quality talents. Secondary vocational education improves local economical development through training, exploiting and utilizing the human resources. Therefore, how to guide secondary vocational education to go into the passage of drastic development and make secondary vocational education to serve the development of local economy more smoothly is a key to accelerate the economical development of Hechi municipality in knowledge economy. Under this circumstance, the author analyzes the adaptability of secondary vocational education and local economical development in Hechi municipality, the aim is to promote the mutual, harmonious and healthy development of secondary vocational education and local economical development.This thesis mainly consists of five parts except the Foreword.Part 1—The relationship between secondary vocational education and economical development. The connotations of secondary vocational education and economical development, the requirements of economical development to secondary vocational education, and the functions secondary vocational education in economical development are clarified in this part. The clarification of basic relationship between secondary vocational education and economical development is the foundation of further research of their adaptability.Part 2—The actual situation of secondary vocational education and economical development of Hechi municipality. Through collecting related statistics, this part summarizes the current state of economical and social development, human resources and the development of secondary vocational education in Hechi municipality. It's the preparation of analyzing the adaptability of secondary vocational education and economical development of Hechi municipality.Part 3—The analysis of the adaptability of secondary vocational education and local economical development in Hechi municipality. The economical development in this article includes three aspects which are economical growth, adjusting of industrial structure and sustainable development of society and economy. This part makes full use of truthful data to analyze the adaptability between secondary vocational education and economical development of Hechi municipality, and finds out the unadapted problems between them.Part 4—The analysis of the reasons why secondary vocational education is not adaptable to local economical development. In this part, the writer aims at the actual problems mentioned above, and analyzes the reasons from three aspects of social surrounding, governmental administration and secondary vocational schools'management. To Hechi municipality, these problems have not only hindered the development of secondary vocational education, but also restricted the promotion of economical level.Part 5—The main suggestions and countermeasures to accelerate secondary vocational education to serve local economical development more smoothly. In order to make secondary vocational education more adaptable to economical development, this part combines with special characteristics of Hechi municipality, and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures from three aspects of governmental action, employing units'support and secondary vocational schools'reform.Under the guidance of scientific concept of development, the author attempts to set forth the attitudes and strategies concretely of how to promote secondary vocational education to serve local economical development better according to the special characteristics and present situation of Hechi municipality. The aim is to make secondary vocational education grow in a more healthy way, and contribute more to the economical development of Hechi municipality.
