On Optimization Of The Employment Guidding Servicing System For Local Colleges Co-Constructed By Province And Municipality But Municipality-Led

In Recent years,the increasing pressure of employment for the college graduates in our country does become a critical factor of social stability and economic development.At the macro level,in the past 40 years,our higher education experienced rapid development,its students scale increased by 40 times and its gross enrolment ratio was up to 48.1%.However,the problems of employment for college and university students make all colleges and universities attach importance to employment.To local colleges,graduates are unable to find jobs and can not get good jobs.As shown in the survey from Chinese Academic of Social Sciences,the unemployment rate of fresh graduates in two months after graduating is 17.6%,which is far higher than the average employment rate in towns.This is a perplexing question for the colleges and universities.Therefore,it is essential to continuously improve the guiding and serving system for graduates' employment and upgrade students' overall employment consciousness and ability.Taking W College for example and with the public administration knowledge and theories,this paper is going to optimize the employment servicing systems of local colleges co-constructed by province and municipality but municipality-led by practical experiences in order to give some suggestions to the system of local colleges in Guangxi.This thesis consists of six chapters.In the views of theory,the first chapter is introduction,focusing on the research's background and significance,review at home and abroad,research idea and approaches,innovation points and shortcomings.The second chapter shows the terms definitions and theories.The third chapter analyzes the construction of employment servicing system in W College,including its frame,existing problems and cause analysis.The fourth chapter discusses the enlightenment of employment serving system from Zhejiang University of Science and Technology.The fifth chapter puts forward some suggestions to optimize the employment guiding and serving system of local colleges co-constructed by province and municipality but municipality-led as followings: The service mechanism should be improved by optimize employment and self-employment service agencies.The quality education of enterprise should be enhanced.The employment guiding and training courses should be improved by using occupation handbook as an aid.The third-party employment platform should be introduced.The experimental bases should be broadened.The linkage of inside and outside the university also should be strengthened.The last chapter makes a conclusion.
