The age of Knowledge Economy makes human being's development increasingly upon learning and one's learning ability, the essential rudimentary ability for human's sustainable development, accounts much in the current competition."learn to study","learn to practice","learn to co-exist", and"learn to survive"constitute the aim of new century's education put forward by International Twenty-First Century Education Committee.It is clearly pointed out in the education assessment part of Kindergarten Education Guidance Outline (abbreviated to Outl in the paper) that education should be mainly assessed from five aspects, including the following two: whether the teaching contents, approaches, strategies and environments can bring children's initiative into full play; whether teachers' instruction can promote children's initiative and effective learning. The theory of lifelong education demands that a whole man own the ability of self-learning. Paying close attention students study, their participation, initiation and awareness during the process of learning is, to some extent, caring about their autonomy.Therefore, it is necessary to make a survey of the process of children's study so as to know the requirements that are needed and factors that affect students effective learning.This paper takes different drawing display of children in senior classes of Kindergarten A and B in Guilin, Guangxi province as an example and make the children in senior classes and the teachers there as the subjects. Natural Observation Method and Non-Structural Interview Method are used to analyze the display of children in senior classes under different drawing- teaching resources and the discrepancies in their display, based on which suggestions on children's effective learning are made.Conclusions are made as following: first, there are considerable discrepancies in the initiative , interest and independence of children in senior classes under different drawing-teaching resources and that of human resources. By analyzing the material resources---drawing tools, the timetable of drawing, the setting playing corner and the usage of teaching tools, this paper further clarifies the effect that multimedia, drawing materials and drawing tools have on children's drawing display. By interviewing the teachers——the human resources, and analyzing the effect their understanding of children's drawings in the process of drawing-teaching, the assessment of children's drawings, treatment of children's drawings, choosing of drawing themes and their different drawing-teaching methods have on children, his paper further clarifies the factor of human resources: the teaching methodology, the roe and function of teachers and teachers creation of learning situations.Suggestions are made in the light of status quo. Firstly, equal attention should be paid to aesthetics, initiative,development and autonomy in Art Education.Secondly, the relationship between teaching and learning should be dealt with properly. Thirdly, various material environments should be provided:the guarantee of drawing space and time; the assurance of drawing tools and materials; enrichment of the ways of drawing and teaching. Lastly, a relaxed and free spiritual environment should be established; positive and effective assessment should be adopted.
