In the current wave of educational reform of constructivism in foreign countries , in order to promote students to master basic knowledge and develop a flexible high-level thinking skills, problem solving and self-learning capability Problem-based learning and teaching process seem to have become a fundamental reform of ideas. Problem-based learning is one style which fits with the constructivist learning theory and teaching principles very well and is now more and more used and valued by many education and training field.The article is divided into five parts, and the first part is the Introduction including the background, significance, research methods to the study of this topic, and also introducing the development history of the PBL method and domestic and international research on the issue, and analyzing and defining the basic concepts of PBL method s.The second part is an overview of PBL methods mainly including: 1) PBL method theoretical basis. The article analyze mainly from Dewey's pragmatism theory, cognitive constructivism theory, context learning theory and cooperative learning theory and so on. 2) The main features of PBL methods. 3) The basic flow of PBL methodsThe third part is the applied research of PBL teaching in computer-based teaching in higher vocational colleges. This section focuses on the implementation of the PBL teaching process, from the establishment of the study, to the preparation before the implementation, to the specific arrangements for the implementation of programs. Particularly through the teaching design and process of computer teaching FLASH special subject shows the PBL teaching implementation.The fourth part is the teaching effect and the existing problem analysis in higher vocational colleges. This paper analyzes mainly from the ability to enhance students find problems , analyze problems and deal with complex problem , meta-cognitive learning ability ,document retrieval, and the utilization capacity of network resources and human ability to cooperate , and The results of experimental classes and control classes were analyzed .Also put forward the PBL problems of implementation found in the teaching process.The fifth part is the recommendations of the implementation of PBL method in the Higher Vocational Colleges of Computer Teaching .Mainly include: the combination of PBL methods and traditional teaching, self-learning ability and assessment, strengthening curriculum structure , improving the quality of teachers, preparation of teaching materials suitable for PBL teaching , and gradually establishing the teaching evaluation feedback system , providing appropriate teaching equipment, and vigorously promoting the PBL method.
