Research On The Method And Path Of Campus Culture Education In Higher Vocational Colleges

In his report to the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),general secretary Xi Jinping clearly pointed out that "cultural confidence is a more fundamental,deeper and more lasting force in the development of a country and a nation." "To build China into an educational powerhouse is the foundation of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation." "When young people prosper,the country prospers,and when young people are strong,the country is strong." In recent years,higher vocational education has developed rapidly and expanded in scale,occupying half of higher vocational education,but at the same time,it shows that it attaches importance to technical skills education and ignores the status quo of humanistic quality education,which is caused by the weak awareness of cultural education.In order to improve the quality of talents,higher vocational education should give full play to the function of cultural education,attach importance to the cultivation of both technology and humanistic quality,and devote to the cultivation of high-quality and skilled talents in line with social development and market demand.This paper includes the following four aspects:Firstly,it expounds the connotation of culture,campus culture,campus culture,cultural education and campus culture education in higher vocational colleges.This paper summarizes the historical evolution of higher vocational education in China from five aspects: germination stage,preliminary exploration stage,standardized construction stage,scale development stage,and connotative promotion stage.This paper analyzes the vocational,practical,local and innovative characteristics of campus culture education in higher vocational colleges.Secondly,the paper analyzes the achievements,problems and causes of the campus culture education in higher vocational colleges.At present,our country's higher vocational education and cultural education idea and the practice further deepening,culture and education become the important means of ideological and political education,further play the function of campus culture,but also exist formatting,lacerate,tend to be utilitarian,investigate its reason,is because the social environment,higher vocational education "heavy skill,light humanities" and the characteristics of higher vocational teachers and students,etc.Thirdly,it expounds the construction of cultural education methods in higher vocational colleges.This article thinks,should establish scientific schoolThe direction,grasp the main line,so as to change the concept,people-oriented;Respect the development of students' personality,improve the quality of talent training,so as to professional penetration,management integration;Innovative management mode,culture to cultivate the spirit of artisans,improve the professional ability and quality of the teachers,so as to practice experience,cultural edification.Fourthly,the author expounds the scientific way of campus culture education in higher vocational colleges.This paper makes a detailed analysis and explanation from three aspects: the organic combination of culture cultivation and skills cultivation,the realization of the connection between campus culture and enterprise culture,and the strengthening of students' comprehensive quality daily cultivation education.
