Vocational and technical courses are the core of higher vocational education,determines the level and effect of vocational education.The application of Micro-lecture teaching in vocational and technical courses can improve the students' operating skills and enhance the emotional communication between teachers and students.This article takes the Micro-lecture of vocational technical course in higher vocational colleges as the research object.First of all,through the development of vocational and technical education at home and abroad,and the development of Micro-lecture,vocational and technical courses and curriculum development,drawing on some of the existing research results.Through the demand analysis,it is clear that the Micro-lecture can solve some problems in the traditional class,and meet the knowledge requirements of students,to meet the requirements of higher vocational education and social teaching.Second,take "construction technology" as an example,to organize the main points,and understand the degree of familiarities and difficulties of students in the course,as well as the desired teaching mode.According to the teaching objectives of the vocational and technical courses,the knowledge points are divided into three categories:Knowledge points of verbal information,Knowledge points of motor skills and Knowledge points of intellectual skills.According to each type of knowledge points follow the development of different teaching order,teaching links and selection of teaching methods,And then for different types of knowledge points corresponding to the development strategy summed up a complete set of development model.Combined the teaching objectives with knowledge points classification of the "earth mechanization construction","external wall insulation construction',"foundation pit,base tank earthwork calculation"three examples of Micro-lecture and teaching process content design and development.Finally,three development examples were evaluated by questionnaires.A statistical analysis of the results of "traditional class"and " Micro-lecture class"' using questionnaires for students to conduct research,from the academic performance and Micro-lecture teaching experience for the two dimensions of self-learning effect evaluation.Through the evaluation,to illustrate the application of Micro-lecture in vocational technology can significantly improve students' learning effect and the enthusiasm.The conclusions of this study:(1)through vocational colleges and universities vocational and technical Micro-lecture learning,students'professional theoretical level of knowledge and professional skills have improved;(2)The backward students in the class in contact with the Micro-lecture mode,improve interest,change the learning attitude,learning has made great progress:(3)Most learners appreciate Micro-lecture sttudy;(4)Most learners believe that Micro-lecture is helpful for learning;(5)Through the teaching mode of Micro-lecture to strengthen exchanges between teachers and students,and enhance the feelings of teachers and students.
