In 2001 our country made the prologue to the eighth elementary education curriculum reform. Along with the new curriculum reform's comprehensive advancement and deepening, the problems of the class effectiveness and efficiency has attracted high attention from the large education theorists and practitioners. The large numbers of scholars not only explore the ways to raise the teaching efficiency and effect, but also make quantitative and qualitative analyses on the factors of the low teaching efficiency and effectiveness and obtain a certain amount of research results. However, since I worked in a junior middle school, I discovered some general character problems affected the teaching effect and efficiency and caused the existence of low efficiency phenomena. All these problems came from my observation, self-reflection and other teachers'classroom teaching. In order to change this situation, through the discussion and interview, combing with the present situation of classroom teaching in junior middle school,this thesis explores the strategies of improving low efficiency from the angle of the theory and practice. This will provide teachers of junior middle school with the strategies of improving the class effectiveness and efficiency.This thesis mainly uses the documentary method, observation method, interviews method, survey method. Combing with existing research results at home and abroad, I sort out the classroom teaching problems: First, the imperfections of design before class influence the achievement of teaching goals; Second, classroom activities with problems; Third, the inappropriate use of new teaching and learning methods and multimedia teaching influence classroom teaching; Fourth, some low-level teachers influence the effectiveness of classroom teaching.According to the problems, this thesis puts forward strategies to improve the low efficiency of classroom teaching: First, renew the views of classroom teaching; Second, fully develop curriculum resources to achieve the integration of scientific knowledge and life knowledge; Third, promote refined management of classroom teaching; Fourth, use developmental assessment to improve the initiative teachers and students actively participate in classroom teaching. I hope that this thesis can provide the strategies of improving class instructions for teachers in junior middle school and provide theory instructions and methods to reform in junior middle school.
