There are many similarities and differences between students in the independent institute and those in the traditional first-tier and second-tier universities. Their overall qualities of students in the independent institute are much higher. They are good at social activities, too. They are very active in the class,however, sometimes they do not coordinate with the teacher's commands. Some of the students have quite good physical qualities, and their accept abilities regarding the sports skills are very strong. On the contrary, there are a large amount of students who are lack of the elementary knowledge and the foundation skills. They cannot study smoothly along with the teacher's teaching progress. Their sports skills are less than satisfactory. Some of them study the sports skills only due to their interests. Students in the independent institutes have weak literacy backgrounds, so they do not have strong consciousness and are lack of the hard-working spirits. Some of them are less confident and reluctant to ask for help from the teacher and their classmates. Gradually it forms into a vicious circle. Those kind of students become more and more eccentric.Nowadays, some college's physical education only pays attention to the changing of the teaching contents and objects, but very few of them can improve the teaching activities (teaching behaviors) in the physical classes. Actually, if the teacher does not take this seriously, the students will not get the ideal effects. We should attach importance to . Teaching behavior and optimize it. Only in this way we can achieve the best effects. There should be no or less activities that are deviating from the teaching process. These unwanted activities will waste teaching time and students'energy. Teacher's inappropriate body behavior activities can lead directly to student's absent-minded and weariness of studying. We cannot change the teaching time and the condition of the yard and equipment, but the teaching contents and teaching behaviors can be changed. We will study teacher's teaching behavior in this essay.These teaching behaviors can include linguistic performance and body behavior. Pay attention to this point, that is, not all these behaviors are useful teaching behaviors. We have better to further screen them and to adopt the good points and avoid the shortcomings. We do this to avoid the bad influence toward students. In each class, teacher cannot frequently use certain teaching behaviors. Every part of the teaching process is coordinated with other parts. Even if your teaching behavior is good enough, frequently usage of it can be awful. The students will feel tired. Teacher must ponder their teaching behaviors and attract students'attention. They must motivate students'learning impetus. Then they will be interested in physical class.Seen from the western educational research literature, teaching (or instruction) and learning are quite different from each other. Teaching refers to teacher's teaching process, especially the teaching process in the class. Learning refers to student's study, and it is the result of teaching. There is research concerning teaching and learning in educational psychology. They have connections, but you can not confuse them.Otherwise, the meaning of"teaching"in China is unclear. Sometimes it refers to"teaching"and"learning"at the same time, and sometimes it only refers to"teaching". In the West, the distinction between"teaching evaluation"and"student assessment"is clearly. The survey methods depend on the statements by the teachers themselves will not be very accurate, the only way to resolve it is directly facing the classroom, observing everything happened on the sports class, observing the behaviors about physical education teachers and students in order to do an objective, accurate and completely description as well as researching analysis. The method of teachers'teaching video observation has many advantages. First, when the researchers cannot arrive at the class himself, to use the method of video instead of classroom observation and analysis lively. Second, you can repeatedly watch it to improve the accuracy of a record of acts. Third, it also provides the opportunity for multiple observers studying, and improves reliability inter-observers. Fourth, it can preserve long time; you can always call up to re-analysis. Fifth, it also let the teachers themselves to watch in order to reflect and improve their teaching.In this paper, to research the teaching action in sports class aims to perfect the Haibin College teaching behaviors of teachers positively, to improve teachers'teaching practice system actively. According to the teaching behavior of teachers, observer continue to explore ways to promote behavior changes in teaching and learning strategies, and make efforts to promote comprehensive development of teachers themselves, and also strive to improve the behavior of the reasonable and efficient. This study has adopted the document analysis, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, video observation analysis methods and so on, and mixed with the front-line experience of physical education teachers, to study the teaching through teachers and students behaviors on the sports classroom in Haibin College in order to find out the impacts of them and optimize them, in the end to promote the optimization of physical education teachers teaching behaviors and their own professional growth. Through the author's research, provided some improvements for the class targeted , to provide effective feedback strategies of enhance benefits for s .To help physical education teachers find their teaching ways, and also help students to achieve a faster learning objectives. The teaching behaviors changes may let the learning environment more beautiful and finish the learning goals more efficient for students.The physical education teachers in Haibin College pay more attention to the teaching methods and students'acceptance; they are usually discussing how to improve their teaching, but they are lack of the evaluation of the effectiveness teaching in class. Most teachers teach officially and carefully under the requirements of college and the department of sports teaching, but they still have the habit of inappropriate teaching behaviors occasionally in the implementation process .They could choose the content of training methods to meet most students, but they could not provide the optional items space. It took a long time to organize the managing behavior for some teachers, and the parts of time resume on the negative interactions. This paper will study the physical education teachers'teaching behaviors from the five aspects: 1. Initial organizational behavior of Class. 2. The behavior of teaching content. 3. Supervising practice act and modify it. 4. Answering the questions and discussion among them. 5. Organizing behaviors in the end of the class. After the investigation to make some improvements in a targeted manner: First of all, physical education teachers should improve their professional levels, teachers and students should be strengthened their relationship, to find out ways resolving the outstanding problems by discussion. Often monitored their teaching behavior in the classroom, and urged to keep to efficiency, never permit the useless or even counter-productive behaviors to influence the quality of teaching quantity. They should guide students to master physical training skills seriously, make students produce interesting about physical training more than to learn .In the result, let students do physical training themselves. Besides them, exchange experiences regularly between the physical education teachers from our college and the parent university, we can learn teaching behavior management strategies and teachers'self-learning research from the parent university, to raise my comprehensive teaching behavior. Finally, I will make a suitable reference to records of indicators according to the unique characteristics of the teachers and students in Haibin College, to promote both teaching and learning purposes.
