Since the implementation of the new curriculum reform, although the teaching environment and the way of classroom management have changed, the traditional way of classroom management is still not far away from our vision. It appears in our classroom teaching frequently. And with the deepening of basic education reform around the world, its disadvantages began to disclose more and more clearly.Teachers'way of classroom management in our country is still in the period of autocracy to democracy, and it is prone to be autocracy. In the process of classroom management, although our teachers can be aware of its value, they will still point to the bad behavior of students when they making management rules. In addition, the role of teachers has not been changed completely, they will still make rules based on their own needs instead of the students'.In the current situation of Quality Education, how to change the traditional way of classroom management, how to improve teachers'management level, in order to improve teaching effectiveness, to promote the students'development, have became a advanced job for promoting the education reform. This study is a empirical research based on the past research, it tries to find out the causes that effect the classroom management in terms of teacher themselves, that is self-reflection,self-control and self-confidence which are the factors of self-education. This study tries to find out the effect of self-education on the classroom management, and also the solutions to change the passive classroom management through promoting teachers'self-education level.Empirical research showed that:The general self-education level of the teachers who have been surveyed is well. The score of teachers'self-control was the highest, self-reflection takes the second place,and the third is self-confidence.The general classroom management condition of the teachers who have been surveyed is well. The condition of the democratic classroom management is the best, but there are still many teachers will adopt the authoritarian classroom management methods, and a small part of the teachers will choose to use their own type of classroom management methods. Self-education level and its factors are significantly interrelate with the classroom management style and its factors And interrelate significantly and negativly with the authoritac classroom management.Teacher's self-education level and their classroom management style marked regression, in which the level of teacher's self-reflection and self-control influence teachers to adopt authoritarian classroom management, teacher's self-confidence level influence teachers to adopt independent classroom management, and teacher's self-control ability to influence teachers to adopt the democratic model of classroom management.Aimed on the research results mentioned above, this study analysised the causes of the results, and gave specific proposals to change the way of classroom management: To improve the awareness of teacher's self-reflection in order to find classroom management issues in time; to improve teacher's self-confidence in order to solve classroom problems comprehensivly; to improve teacher's self-control capacity in order to maintain good classroom discipline.
