Situational teaching model as a new model of physical education, be recognized by people increasingly ,through the provision of the relevant story, the creation of a typical scene or atmosphere, with its vivid imagery, thought-provoking, and being perceived. following the curriculum reform developing and new curriculum standards requirements for elementary physical teaching ,to improve the current pessimistic teaching status of elementary physical teaching, concerned about learning interest and emotional experience of the students,This study is anchored on the use of situational teaching model primary PE of experimental research ,with a view to improve the teaching quality of primary PE ,to primary PE so as to meet physical and psychological characteristics of students, but also to further promote the reform of elementary school physical education curriculum to provide reference and experimental support.This study conduct in-depth and meticulous research useing literature, experimental method, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics such as research method, situational teaching model from the analysis of the status at home and abroad to start, noting that the teaching model in the need to used at the primary school physical education: be conducive to play the main role of students ,be conducive to the emotional health of students ,be conducive to tap the brain's potential energy.To introduce the teaching model to be followed in the use of the principle: implementation of "health first" guiding principles, manifesting a sense of the times and children's physical and mental development principles, the students of the main principles, scientific principles, the development of the principle, laying a foundation for lifelong physical principledemonstrate the specific operational procedures in practice: the creation of scenarios - into the situation - to experience situations - reproduce the situationthe creation of a design of six specific situational approach: show of life situations, problem-create a situation in order to move icons, image reproduction contexts, rendering contexts of music in order to role-playing experience of situations in order to describe language situations, and this difference six kinds of situations design method in detail.Through experiments on the traditional teaching mode and teaching mode scenarios comparing summed up the value of situational teaching mode。The results show that: (a) situational teaching modle useing in primary PE can change in the students'interest in learning sports, mainly reflected in improving student participation, active interest and level of independent study , reducing the negative interest of students; (B) situational teaching modle useing in primary PE can improve the subjective exercise experience of the students, mainly reflected in increasing positive well-being index, reducing psychological troubles, reducing fatigue; (C) situational teaching modle useing in primary PE can stimulate student's interest, making students participate in active exercise, contributing to the improvement of physical fitness of students, mainly in the speed, upper explosive power, lower limb explosive power are also been enhanced.
