Equity of college entrance examination means opportunity equality of receiving high education, which is oriented to basic education development. As a public policy, favorable scoring policy in college entrance examinations plays a very important role in the equality of college matriculation. But there are some problems faced by this policy.The study focuses on the equity of favorable scoring policy in college entrance examinations. The main research methods are data analysis, case study and literature analysis. The study analyzes the reasons that cause unjustness of college entrance examination supported score policy, through analyzing the standards, procedures and operation. Based on the analysis, the study offers proposals on constructing fair college entrance examination supported score policy and suggestions on systematic reforms of principles and procedures.The findings are the following:1. The main reasons are lacking in unitive criteria and effective supervision;2. The unclear objects and serious fake phenomenon are another two important reasons;3. Reforms should be conducted. Overall actions should be done through defining objects, standardizing procedures, unifying criteria, strengthening supervision and throwing the book at transgressing.Further research needs to be done to testify the results .This study is only an elementary discussion, which is the basis for further research.
