The arts college entrance examination(hereinafter referred to as arts exam)is an important means of selection of excellent artistic talents now.In recent years,power seeking-rent,enrollment corruption and other unfair problems in arts exam are exposed with the emergency of “arts exam hot”.These problems cause people's reflection on current arts exam policy,and they seek to find the possibility that make arts exam into the track of healthy development through the reform of arts exam policy.This paper research on current arts exam policy from the perspective of social equity.Firstly,by reading relevant literature,the status of arts exam policy research at home and abroad is learned,view is opened,and the research ideas and method are determined.Secondly,through literature analysis and questionnaire investigation,the research on current arts exam policy is conducted.Literature analysis method is used to trace to the source of arts exam policy,for better understanding of it's formation and connotation.Besides that,by issuing questionnaires to the freshmen and sophomore students of professional arts students randomly,comments about the fairness of arts exam are collected.Thirdly,based on power fairness,opportunity fairness and rule equity,this paper introduces the basic meaning and judgment rules of social equity,and gets the state of arts exam through questionnaires.The current situation is basic fair,but still exit some problems,such as learning art is high threshold,judges give scores at their wish,relax exam rule,“hidden rules” in admission policy and so on.All these problems damage power fairness,opportunity fairness and rule equity greatly.Fourthly,policy problems are find out in the arts exam by deep analysis of above situations.Arts exam policy lacks of protection to vulnerable groups,current evaluation system is not professional and systematic enough,the examination can not be supervised effectively,the feedback system is not clear and so on.Finally,a serious of suggestions are proposed,which are hierarchical management,comprehensive evaluation system,and excellent service system.
