| This thesis is composed of Chinese minority candidates entrance plus incentivesstart to study in Mongolia to promote this policy and try to make relevantrecommendations revelation. This research refers to the candidates entrance pointsMinorities in China mainly refers to preferential admissions department in charge ofEducation, Ministry of Education and the provinces and autonomous regions in theentrance Admission process to give the candidates a certain college entranceexamination scores of minority candidates based on ethnic, geographical and otherfactors rules deals with care. Minorities preferential entrance points aim is tostrengthen national unity, reflecting the ethnic equality, but also for my colleagues toensure that minority students can have a more equal right to education.With the development of Mongolian education, in recent years, Mongolia on theminorities in the entrance facing competition not fair and so the debate highlightedhow national education fair and reasonable solution to the growing problem of theevolution of focus. Effective solution to this problem is not only related to thedevelopment of safe and stable multi-ethnic country, and is also related to therealization of national unity and a good situation. Looking at the world, China is nowin the face of ethnic equity issues in education, problem solving ideas, strategies andnation " incentives " are taken today to solve the problem of minority education fairfor the whole world to provide important reference.This study focused on Chinese minority candidates preferential entrance pointsspecified content to start, a brief description of its history, the Mongolian economy byanalyzing the distribution of political culture, starting from the essence of this policyanalysis. The main application of research methods including literature research, casestudies and comparative research method. Minorities in China and around theentrance points preferential evolution, status, implementation and other issues relatedto the optimization of the proposal in order to start on.
