Medical College Students' Graduation Whereabouts And The Relationship Between The Intention And The General Self-Efficacy

Using questionnaire method and taking the students in medical colleges and universities in QIQIHAER as the research object, this study aims at making clear their employment concept , graduation whereabouts, their expectation to employment area, work union and salary and summarizing their employment characteristics. Combing all these with general self-efficacy that can embody self-ability and self-efficacy beliefs, the study explores the relationship between the graduates of medical colleges and universities and general self-efficacy. Thus, it can provide the basis for the relevant department in charge and the employment guidance of the relevant colleges and universities as well as for the graduates to form proper employment concept. The result shows that:(1) Medical university students in graduate employment concept, expectations, expect employment area, expect employment unit, expected salary significant difference in employment.(2) There is no significant difference among the students of different gender on account of their employment concept, graduation aspects in to consideration.whereabouts , expected employment area, expected employment entity and expected employment reward.(3)There is also no significant difference among the students of different grades taking all the above aspects in to consideration. But the difference between students of liberal arts and science students are obvious. The students of science students have high expectation to get jobs with better conditions and treatment.(4) Students of different specialized field have significant difference in expected employment entity and expected employment reward. Science students tend to choose good condition, the treatment of high tertiary hospitals; liberal arts students tend to choose the state-owned enterprises, various schools and government agencies; this difference with the professional nature of medical colleges This difference are associated with the professional nature of the medical schools .But there is no significant difference among students of liberal arts and science students.(5) Different genders and professional students generally self-efficacy, significant difference in men than women, science than art, This phenomenon and social, family expectations of different levels and in different gender related medical college professional setting. General self-efficacy scores in grade, is a freshman is the highest, but no significant differences.(6) Different strength commonly self-efficacy of college students in medical college graduate employment concept, expected salary expectations, there were significant differences in employment. Students with high self-efficacy, confidence in his own abilities, choose suitable condition is superior, the development of region in the ability to challenge their expectations of work, the higher salaries and employment. Different strength commonly self-efficacy in employment, expect employment expectation on unit area without obvious difference.
