Along with the development of the computer technology and network technology, information technology subject for the new outline, new teaching materials and textbooks are different from the t information technology subjects in the past, it is required that teachers should set off from the characteristics of their subjects, according to the teaching rules for instructional design.The topics mainly have done the following areas:On the basis of having carefully read the extensive literature , the relvant information on the information technology in secondary schools in instructional design have done a more systematic combing and induction, the current situation of the learning design of information technology in secondary schools are analyzed.This paper has made a further study on the basic trends and the role of the learning design of information technology in secondary schools.After undering the inquiry-based learning design, we made a systematic learning on WEBQUEST inquiry-based learning design, and designed WEBQUEST inquiry-based learning design, conducted a questionnaire survey of learning outcomes.Through, inquiry-based learning design research on information technology, teacher should master of the psychological characteristics of students and the rules, design issues and requirements raised in the teaching process, select the appropriate teaching method, understand the existing state of knowledge of students, and then based on it, taking into account the characteristics of new knowledge to help students absorb and digest new knowledge,make students to actively participate in classroom teaching. Successful teaching is not only enabling students to obtain knowledge and the development of intelligence, but more importantly is to promote the development of students in non-intelligence factors.
