With the continuous development of information technology, more and more people choose to use the blog. Through the Internet, anyone can write the online diary at any time, and record personal feelings and experiences, the idea of the experience by blog. Blog can be thought as a container of knowledge accumulation. The record can be personal thoughts, can also be a group of people based on a specific topic, a particular interest or some of the common interests of the collective creation. To a large extent, it brings some potential inspiration to learners, because tacit knowledge is not easy to express in words, and difficult to spread. Therefore, the use of the blog can promote access to the tacit knowledge of the learner.Accumulation of knowledge by blog, although rich in resources, it is very easy to form spam without the scientific classification of the information. As a result, students produce a vague knowledge framework and go into the knowledge of misunderstanding. As a consequence, the students can make use of the existing learning resources reasonably, and achieve the good meaning of knowledge construction.Therefore, based on the above analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the blog-based knowledge management, we can conclude if combine Blog technology with traditional knowledge management methods in education and teaching applications, it can avoid weaknesses, so the system came into being in this background. In order to manage, classify and integrate the educational technology knowledge by blog, to build a knowledge-based blog (the K-Log) educational technology knowledge management and communication platform.
