Study Of Villige Governance In Keyouqian County

At present, the overall well-off construction of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has entered a crucial stage, how to accomplish the objectives in the less developed regions concerning the whole task of region well-off society. As the autonomous region-level poverty-stricken counties, if accomplish this task directly impacts the process of building a new countryside. However, with the deepening of the market economy development, especially in the implementation of tax reform and the exemption of agricultural tax in rural areas, which strongly impact traditional rural management system and operational system. Facing the new situation, in order to accelerate rural economic development and build a moderately prosperous society, the less developed and rural areas should suit the needs of the times, and actively change their functions and do something different.
