A Study On The Reconstruction Of Internal Governance Structure In Chinese Universities

With the development of international competition and global economy, competition between countries proves that the key of international competition is competition of science and the talent which depend on education. College is the highest institution to spread culture and study profound knowledge. Its functions are educating people, searching science, serving society and the inheritance and innovation of culture. Lately with the progress and development of society, the structure of university governance adjusts in which revolution of inner structure is on its schedule.“Analysis of china’s inner structure’s reconfiguration” starts from inner structure, analyzes its reasons and finds advice by analyzing of the problems of inner structure.First part tells the importance from searching background, searching aim and significance, then further put forward the theory. It defines basic theory, distinguishes management and administration of university which makes this distinguish clearer.Second part tells the history of university’s inner structure in order to get progress and flaws of it.The third part: On the basis of previous study and summary. There are six aspects can describe our problems existing in universities especially for the structure of internal administration control by the means of the analysis of literature.Comparative analysis and historic analysis. They are the confound between political right and administrative power, the unbalance between administrative power and academic power, the shortage of superintendence of teachers and students, the unbalance of faculty right, board system useless, lack of professional management staff. So we should analysis the reasons from the beginning of some problems.The fourth part: the important part in this section is bringing up the advice which can work out the problem. This first thing is describing the important points which can reproduce the structure of inter university.And then for this question,there four ways to deal with this problem.They are building and improving the rules of university, clearing the mechanism between right and position and achieving the fully administration of the department of school faculty and major. Then put into effect the governance of the board. Finally we should strengthen the construction of professional management staff.
