In recent years, with the rapid development of economy and society and the rapid transformation of social status, society construction plays an important role gradually.As an important part of society construction, community governance has become an important channel of cultivating the trust relationship between political.state and civil society, an main approach of promoting cooperation between the government and private organization, primary means of integrating overall resources of state and society. It is paid more attention gradually. In the development of communities in China, theory and practice of urban communities development all walk in the forefront of the times. As an important part of community construction, the community public service has become a trend of the times and play a very important role in improving the living standards of residents, maintaining social stability and building a harmonious society. The development of public service in urban communities has a direct impact on the d resident's feeling of belonging, identity and cohesion, and on the enthusiasm of community residents participating in community activities, fundamentally speaking, on the satisfaction of material and spiritual needs. Therefore, accurate understanding of the main content, development status and future trend of public services in current urban communities will be of great significance on solveing problems of public services in urban communities and on improving the community public service.At present, in our urban communities, with the constant improvement of the social security system and steady improvement of living standards, the content of community public services has became more and diverse, while its focus has changed. It not only provides basic life security, improve sanitation and education but also gradually plays an important role in enhancing community residents'cohesion and belonging sense, creating good community environment, creating harmonious neighborly relations, and creating harmonious atmosphere.The neighborhood-based community organizations are playing an role which government can not replace.The author sorts out the latest research on of public services in the current urban communities, through collecting and analyzing the research literature on public services in urban communities at home and abroad.The paper targeted takes GuoJi DaDuHui community, Xiaodian District, Taiyuan, and JingWei Wu community,Yuci District, Jinzhong, ShanXi for examples, and take the methods of the case, sampling and field interviews in order to make the empirical research on public services in urban communities. Besides, this paper describes the current situation of public services in urban communities in China on the basis of the fact and analyzes existing problems and its reasons. Finally, based on practice and focusing on the operation, the author proposes the countermeasures to solve real problems in community public services and improve the supply of the community public services, and look forward to playing the role of inspiration and guidance in the construction of public services in urban communities.
