Responsibility is the fundamental as a human being and the basic quality for adolescent. It is the major factor of accommodating and achieving success in society for adolescent. It is a historical mission for school to culture the new responsible generation. The utilization of resources of responsibility education will influence directly the actual effects of responsibility education. Rational utilization of responsibility education resources is the important guarantee for achieving success in responsibility education. For these reasons, this paper analyzes the current utilization status of different responsibility education resources in primary school from the microcosmic level through literature analysis, text analysis and case analysis, meanwhile concludes the general characteristics and problems during the process of responsibility education resources utilization as well as provide some strategies to tackle these problems.This paper consists four parts.The introduction part. First of all, the paper expatiates why the writer chose the topic from three aspects:the thought about practical problem, the thought about the status of responsibility education research and the thought from participating in "the New Basic Education" research. Secondly, the paper summarizes the existing related research from three aspects:the concept definition on responsibility, researchs on responsibility consciousness and responsibility education practices. Finally, it introduces the question, the frame, the methods, the breakthrough and the shortage of the study.Chapter I describes the essential connotation and goals oriented of responsibility education resources in primary school. First it introduces the background of research on responsibility education resources of primary school, then it defines the core concept and analyzes the type of responsibility education resources of primary school on the base of concept studying on resource and education resource of school. In the end, it study mainly goals oriented of responsibility education resources in primary school to supply basic understanding position for the paper.In chapter II the paper elaborates basic classification and characteristics of responsibility education resources in primary school. The paper classifies primary responsibility education resources to text resources and activity resources according to vectors which primary responsibility education resources attach to.Text resources can be classified to direct and indircet ones according to responsibility education resources'value. Activity resources can be classified to teaching activity ones, class activity ones and extra-curricular activity ones according to the type of school education activity. Then the paper analyzes mainly concret values of different kinds of responsibility education resources. At last, the paper summarizes responsibility education resources which should be used as important objects.The chapterâ…¢is the main part in the paper. Firstly, the paper studys the exploitataion and utilization status of important text responsibility education resources from the microscopic aspects, such as Moral Character and Life(Society) textbooks in primary school. Secondly, the paper study the utilization status of important activity responsibility education resources, such as class post and class theme activity. Finally, the paper conclude common features and the shortage during the utilization of responsibility education resources in primary school. The common features contains three aspects. Educators begin to pay attention to utilize responsibility education resources to culture responsibility cognition, responsibility emotion and responsibily behavior. Educators begin to pay attention to utilize responsibility education resources to help pupils form responsibility character consciously. Educators begin to pay attention to utilize parctice activity resources to culture pupils'responsibility character. However, there are much shortage during the utilization. For example, resources for culturing pupils'responsibility practice abilities can't be utilized creatively. Teachers mainly utilize responsibility education resources according to textbooks, there is not much consideration of students'grow needs and actual capacity. Teachers'ability to utilize responsibility education resources should be promoted. In the end, the paper point out the direction of sloving problem, to promote teachers'ability to exploit responsibility education resources.
