There are rich contents and various forms in Moral Education resources at Colleges, that are helpful to carry out the work and the promotion of moral education and moral development of college students. Utilization of Moral Education has existed for many years, which has achieved some results, but many problems remained. How to effectively solve the problem of resource utilization, improve the effectiveness of moral education and promoting the reform of moral education with practical significance can not be ignored.On the basis of existing research, the thesis is main on Utilization of Moral Education, focusing on "how to make rational use of resources in order to maximize the benefits" . The use of research methods are Dialectical materialism and historical materialism. Combining the principle of moral education, system theory and economic theory, I did some systemic research. The basic content is as follows.The article begins with a literature review, which briefly comments on the relevant studies of moral resources of colleges and universities at home and abroad.The body is divided into five parts: The first part is the basic theory of moral education resources, research, focusing on the concept, classification, properties and other issues, anglicizing moral resources' position in moral.In the second part, the article turns from the basic theory to Moral Education resources of Colleges. First of all, the article discusses the need for use of resources, analysising the values and principles of utilization. And then , I focus on the status quo of the current use of resources and practical issues, and try to look into the reasons.The III, IV and V are the key parts of this article. Following the law of moral education, the article explores to use resources effectively. The article analysises separately from three parts: vigorously development, rational allocation and effective integration. Only to combine many ways and methods to the application of moral education ,in order to achieve efficient use of resources.Among them, the third part is vigorously development of moral resources at colleges, which includes manufacturing characteristics resources within colleges; Outsourcing good moral resources; be good at discovering and mining potential moral resources; expanding the use of non-sufficient moral resources. And then the article separately uses the UniversitySpirit resources and landscape resources, alumni resources, parents resources, network resources, as an example in detail.The forth part is rational allocation of moral resources at colleges, including government's macroeconomic regulation and control of moral resources; regional, inter-school sharing of moral resources; reasonable distribution of resources within the colleges, and so on. And then the article proposes opinions as follows. Education director department overall allocates resources to ensure coordinated development of moral education; University City areas share resources to communicate the dynamic implementation of moral education; colleges optimize the internal structure of human resources to effectively operate the system of moral education.The fifth part is effective integration of moral resources at colleges, including integration of internal resources to optimize moral strength; working together to form moral force; regional linkage to complementary moral advantages, and so on. And then the article proposes opinions as follows. Integrate course resources to put moral education in all subjects; Integrate moral theory and practice resources to enhance the effectiveness of moral education; Integrate human resources to make moral education from a single subject to multiple subjects; Integrate colleges, family and social resources to form an open big moral pattern.
