| With the continuous expansion of enrollment scale, interdisciplinary postgraduates gradually acquire of evolution from scattered individuals into a social phenomenon.The growing team of interdisciplinary postgraduates and the differences of knowledge structure and learning psychological between interdisciplinary postgraduates and Non-interdisciplinary postgraduates require us to change the traditional training methods. The systematic understanding of postgraduates'study helps us to improve the training methods and enhance the quality of education.In the process of reading relevant literature,I found most past relevant literature lack quantitative research. So iqualitative interview and questionnaire investigation are the major methods in this research project. The author of this thesis regard East China Normal University as the case for my thesis, and have carried on 230 effective samples in different departments.At the same time, the statistical report indicates that the questionaire has high reliability and validity.In order to intensively research the study of interdisciplinary postgraduates, this paper proposes the indexes for study of postgraduates:psychology of learning, learning attitude, research capacity and academic performance as primary index while the interest, the pressure and the other indicators as secondary indexes. The result indicates that there is significance difference between interdisciplinary postgraduates and Non-interdisciplinary postgraduates in psychology of learning, learning attitude and academic performance,and no significant difference in research capacity.At the same time the learning interest of interdisciplinary postgraduates descends gradually when their grade is up, but their study pressure grows remarkably in second grade of graduate student. Additionally their schoolwork is not get better As the grade improves. Through open interviews the author of this thesis believe that the complicated situation is generated by all kinds of reasons, including teaching methods, evaluation system,lacking of scientific research, tutor guidance and so on.Due to this, the final chapter of the thesis put forward some countermeasure and advices,such as reforming the culture system,enhancing the guidance of the tutor,making graduate admissions test into effect, individual effort of postgraduates and promoting the consciousness of paying attention to the postgraduates.I hope that my thinking can make contribution to chinese higher education. |
