With the development of society and economy,the people's living standards have undergone dramatic changes.The people's pursuit is not only satisfied with food and clothing,but has begun to shift to higher requirements,focusing on the improvement and improvement of the quality of life.Education is one of the most direct and realistic questions that the people are most concerned about.The main contradiction in current education is the contradiction between the people's thirst for quality education and the unbalanced development of education.With the rapid economic and social development in our country,the progress of urbanization continues to accelerate.Many schools are not fully prepared yet,forced to become involved in the wave of urbanization,passively moving forward.For ordinary schools(including weak schools),it is both an opportunity and a challenge to enter the ranks of new and high quality schools in the process of urbanization.The deep-seated problem of school reform is the change of school culture,teacher culture is the core of school culture.The success of school reform is largely determined by changes in the concept of teachers.Many theoretical achievements and practical results show that the current cooperative teacher concept is the ideal form of teacher culture.Prior research on cooperative teacher culture was mainly limited to its nature,characteristics,types,etc.However,there is little discussion about the formation mechanism of cooperative teacher culture.This is what the Institute is concerned about.This study selected a typical case,The case school was originally an ordinary rural junior high school,During the process of urbanization,especially through six years of cooperation with universities,rapidly rising from ordinary schools to new regional high-quality schools.On the basis of combing relevant concepts and theories,through a large number of individual interviews and field surveys of individual schools,discusses the mechanism of the formation of internal cooperative teacher culture based on "collective preparation for lessons" :the basic process is exclusion,passive and active,the basic characteristics are idea identity,institutional strengthening,wisdom sharing and professional growth;and the mechanism of promoting the formation of internal and external cooperative teacher culture based on the carrier of "famous teacher pairing" : the basic process is discomfort,running-in and fusion,the basic characteristics are emotional integration,mutual acceptance,complementary advantages and common development.On this basis,combining the actual situation of the current school development,this paper proposes a strategy for the construction of cooperative teacher culture.
