Research On Constructing Cooperative Culture In The Cooperative Learning

Along with the advancement of new curriculum reform, group cooperative learning has been widely used in classroom teaching in our country, but the inefficient phenomenon of group cooperative learning is serious. The main reason is the lack of cooperative culture. Researches on learning cooperative learning are not scarce, but few researchers studied it from the perspective of culture. So it is necessary to study the cooperative culture of group as a breakthrough point to study cooperative learning deeply. It can inject new vitality to the study of cooperative learning.Through sorting the study of group cooperative learning, the cooperative culture and cooperative culture of group, we know many scholars at home and abroad studying on the group cooperation study, mainly including the development of cooperative learning, theoretical basis, basic elements and team organization itself. The ineffective phenomena of group cooperative learning as a hot topic of its both at home and abroad is paid some attention,but more about the specific teaching strategy of cooperative learning. It mainly includes the following several aspects: The “unconscious” phenomenon about constructing team culture is serious; The members of cooperative learning are lack of shared values; The construction of the cooperative learning group is not scientific and reasonable adequately; Lack of effective evaluation of group cooperative learning.In the current situation of the cultural construction about team cooperation the author have an in-depth analysis and thinking. The team members must have shared values, cooperative behavior, scientific system about cooperation. As the main line, the survey puts forward the specific strategies to cultivate cooperative culture : In the process of establishing "group consciousness", to promote cooperative culture of team developing;In the process of optimizing the construction of cooperative group, to promote cooperative culture of team developing;In the process of carrying out cooperative learning regularly, to promote cooperative culture of team developing;In the process of perfecting the evaluation about cooperative learning, to promote cooperative culture of team developing.
