The Teachers'Professional Community is a hot topic in education study. Research has indicated that Teachers'Professional Community can enhance teaching quality in schools, promote teacher profession development, implement education reform.The relevant research is focused on the cooperation and teacher profession development in China, research on teachers'professional community has just begun.Based on the research of Teachers'Professional Community, this paper elaborates it in two aspects:the Teachers' Professional Community Theory and its operation technique.Then analyzed the teacher organizations in schools of China. Through the analysis, this paper gives suggestions for building teachers'professional community in China.The Teachers'Professional Community blends two theories together. One is the professionalism and the other is the community theory. It recommends shared norms and values, reflective dialogue, deprivation of practice, collective focus on students learning, collaboration. Structural conditions and human resources are necessary to support the creation of strong professional community.In lots of schools, since the administration needs rised, people put more importance on administration than profession in China. This causes more and more control, but less and less professional.Meanwhile, doing education research by experience and no criticism to their colleagues'work makes teaching profession weaker in schools.At last, this paper suggests strengthen the profession and community awareness of school-based teacher organizations in China. Stress administratioin service profession, empower teacher, ensure the time for teachers to meet and talk, common vision, value and objects, focuse on students'learing to enhance profession of school-based teacher organizations. Use systematic thinking, games, celebrations, deep communication to increase community sense.
