The Association Between Teachers And Students And Raising The University Students' Moral Quality

The university students' moral character forms and develops in the education activities and contacts. Therefore, in the university moral education activities, the contact between teachers and students has influenced the university students'moral quality to formant and develop directly. The teachers and students'association plays an important role on the process of university students'morals quality cultivation. On the one hand, it impels the work of raising university students'moral quality smoothly. On the other hand, it promotes the university students'moral quality to form and develop. The teachers and students'association is helpful to improve the university students'moral cognitive capacity, is helpful to raise university students'moral emotion, is helpful to make university students'moral behavior standard.However, there are still variety issues which are not favor to raise the university students'moral quality in the university teachers and students'association. Under the negative effect of traditional teacher authority copect, the university teachers and students'association, displays unidirectional contact of teacher in the way, in the process lacks of the emotion. Under the negative influence of tool rationality, the university teachers and students'association displays the moral knowledge deficiency in the content, the goal which the teachers and students'association is often with a utilitarian purpose. Under the university educational system's restriction, the teachers and students association's frequency is low, and it lacks of the teachers and students association's environment.How to optimize the university teachers and students'association and how to let it to improve the students'moral quality is the last problem to be solved in this article. According to the thinking of "state problems, analyze the problems and solve the problems", the author proposed a series of countermeasures: transform the teachers and students association to stimulate the university students'interest of moral quality; enrich the content of the teachers and students association to take into account students moral balanced development; improve the teachers and students association to respect the university students'subjectivity; expand the domain of the teachers and students association to facilitate university students'moral practice; optimize the environment of the teachers and students association to display the fostering function of the environment fully.The research idea of this paper is from analysising the significance of the teachers and students association to raising university student morals quality to obtain. Further analyzes the teachers and students under this condition from raise's angle to associate the existence the question and the origin. Then, the author analyzes the problems and causes in the teachers and students'association from the angle of raising the university students'morals quality. Finally, focusing on promoting university students'moral quality, the author proposes strategy to optimize the teachers and students association.
