Research On The Influence Of Teachers' Moral Quality For College Students' Moral Education

The rise and decline of the state depends on the education. As the head of all educations moral education plays an important role on the healthy growth of college students. It also plays an irreplaceable role in developing the non-intelligence factors and training student's innovation ability. While the rise and decline of education depends on the teacher, the teacher with noble morality can exert positive impacts on the development of students'moral quality.With the deepening of reform and opening up and development of market economy, people's mental outlook has greatly improved, such as individual shake off the fetters of spirits and the pursuit of self-development, self-realization and independent personal values. The formation of this new values can greatly impact on the formation of people's values, especially immature college students. As the teacher is embodiment of knowledge, fountain of wisdom, model of moral and model of student personality, research on the influence of moral qualities for college students moral has been an urgent task in the face of higher education in China.Face this situation and based on a great deal of investigations, this paper review the development of the process of teachers'moral quality in history,analyzes the current situation of teachers'moral quality, find out the existing problems, and on this basis, analyse the impact on teachers'moral quality for college students'moral education, find out the way to strengthen the teachers'moral qualityr to have a positive Influence of students'moral education.
