With improving of modern sports level, sports intensity is more and more big, sports limit discipline way make maximum tiredness. How increase the sports power and soon clear up tiredness is the puzzle that extensive coachs and athletes must solve. Side-effect of chinese tranditional madicine is slight, and most of its do not contain baneful components to human and incitant, so that it is noticed to the extent in sports area. In the china, japan, corea and the other far east area, ginseng is taking to the extent as a kind of nourishing and strengthening chinese traditional medicine to the body.ginseng extract G115 is the basis of the ginseng.it have obvious aid of increasing oxygen sports power, and improving lung function etc.. In this paper, adopting the way of continuous to feed standardized ginseng extract G115 to middle-instance run athlet, it is discussed the rule on the effect of feeding ginseng and its extract G115 in a long time on physical diathesis and sport power, so that provide scientific basis for applying chinese traditional medicine to improve sprot power.In the experiment, adoped ginseng extract G115 was purchased Changsha green sprawl biotechnique Ltd., light yellow powder, 80% purity. G115 was dissolved a day before taking, then was saved in the 4℃refrigeratory with standby. Regarding middle-distance race athletes as research object, atheles was divied into the dose group(A) and the control group(B) by the way of machanism sample based on sex and sprots power of atheles in the course of training for 8 weeks. athletes of the dose group were taken G115 400mg per day(2 times), and athletes of the control group were taken placebo(asepsis physcal brine). After training for 8 weeks, we observed and mensured the data of 12 minute race and 800m race and correlative physical items.Resules as follows:1 Effect of the ginseng extract G115 on haemoglobin content(Hb) of atheles. Before experiment, Hb mean of the dose taken atheles is 12.21g/dL, and it of the control group is 12.04g/dL. It is not significent diferent between the dos group and the control group(P>0.05). After experiment, Hb mean of the control group is 12.85g/dL, conparing with Hb mean before expriment, it is significent diferent(P<0.05). It show that haemoglobin content in body have been obviously increased by training. Hb mean of the dose group is 12.21 g/dL before being taken, and Hb mean is 14.28g/dL after being taken. Hb mean of control group is 12.85g/dL after being taken, and it is significent different between A and B(P<0.05). It show that feeding ginseng extract G115 can increase Hb of atheles.2 Effect of ginseng extract G115 on blood sugar content of athletes. Before experiment, mean of blood sugar content of the dose group is 4.77mmol/L, and its of control group is 4.93mmol/L. it is significent different between the dose group and the control group(P>0.05). After experiment, mean of blood sugar content of control group is 5.25mmol/L. Comparing mean of blood sugar content before experiment, it is significent change after experiment(P<0.05). It show that blood sugar content of athletes is obviously increasing by training. Before experiment, mean of blood sugar content of the dose group is 4.77mmol/L , and its mean is 6.76mmol/L after taken G115. Mean of blood sugar content of the dose group is very significent different between after and before experiment(P<0.01). It show that feeding ginseng extract G115 can improve blood sugar content of athletes during training. After experiment, mean of blood sugar content of the dose group is 6.76mmol/L, and its mean of control group is 5.25mmol/L. it is significent different between two groups(P>0.05). It show that the effect of feeding ginseng extract G115 is better.3 The effect of ginseng extract G115 on creatine kinase activity(CK). Before experiment, mean of creatine kinase activity of the dose group is 809.14U/mL, and its mean of the control group is 809.40U/mL. It is not significent different between two group(P>0.05). After experiment, mean of creatine kinase activity of the control group is 788.00U/mL, and it is significent different between before and after experiment(p<0.05). it indicate that change of creatine kinase activity of the control group is obvious before and after training. Mean of CK of the dose group is 809.14U/mL before being taken, and its mean is 504.27U/mL after dose. The change of its mean is very significent before and after dose(p<0.01). It indicate that feeding ginseng extract G115 can change creatine kinase activity of athletes. After experiment, mean of creatine kinase activity of the dose group is 504.27U/mL, and its mean of the control group is 788.00U/mL. It is not significent between two groups(P>0.05). it show that ginseng extract can not decrease creatine kinase activity. But, besed on experimental data, creatine kinase activity of athletes of the dose group has a trend of decreasing comparing with control group.4 Effect of ginseng extract G115 on anaerobic threshold and anaerobic threshold intensity of athletes. Before experiment, anaerobic threshold and anaerobic threshold intensity are not significent different between the dose group(A) and the control group (B)(P>0.05). After experiment, mean of anaerobic threshold of the control group is 4.20 and significent different comparing with its mean before experiment(P<0.05). It show that training can improve anaerobic threshold of athletes. Mean of anaerobic threshold of the dose group is 4.54 and very significent different comparing with its mean before experiment(P<0.01). It show that feeding G115 can increase anaerobic threshold of athletes during training. Result on anaerobic threshold intensity of athletes is parallel with it on anaerobic threshold. But, based on the experimental data, anaerobic threshold and anaerobic threshold intensity have a trend of increasing comparing with control group. The reason may be caused by dose time very short or effect of G115 on anaerobic threshold and anaerobic threshold intensity not being obvious.5 Effect of ginseng G115 on 12 minute race of middle and long distance race athlete. Before experiment, mean result of 12 minute race of A group is 2952m, and its mean result of B group is 2944m. It is not significent different between A and B (P>0.05). After experiment, result of 12 minute race of B group is 3028m and significent different comparing its result before experiment(P<0.05). result of 12 minute race is obviously increased By training. After experiment, result of 12 minute race of A group is 3228m and very significent different comparing with its result before experiment(P<0.01). dosing G115 to athletes can obviously increase result of 12 minute race. After experiment, result of 12 minute race of A is 3228m, and its result of B group is 3028. It show that ginseng extract G115 can not improve the result of 12 minute race. But, based on experimental data, Results of 12 minute race has a trend of increasing comparing with control group.6 Effect of ginseng extract on 800m race of middle and long distance race athletes. Before experiment, mean result of 800m race of A group is 136s, and its result of B group is 140.4s. It is not significent different between A and B(P>0.05). After experiment, result of 800m race of B is 133.6s and significent different comparing with its result before experiment(P<0.05). Traning can obviously improve result of 800m race. After experiment, result of 800m race of A is 128s and very significent different comparing its result before dose(P<0.01). Feeding G115 can obviously improve result of 800m race during training. After experiment, result of 800m race of A is 128s, and its result of B is 133.6s. It is not significent different between A and B(P>0.05). It show that ginseng extract G115 can not improve the result of 800m race. But, based on experimental data, Results of 800m race has a trend of increasing comparing with control group.Anciently, study mostly is localization to rat etc., and seldom involve a human body, especially athletes. Based on the experiment on human body overseas and study on rat inner country, the study is more and more developed, and discuss the effect of ginseng on sports power of middle and long distance race athletes, so that provide scientific basis for applying chinese traditional medicine to improve sprot power.
