Middle and long distance running is a cyclical endurance event.Yunnan middle and long distance runners live in the plateau and have unique geographical advantages,which is also one of the reasons why Yunnan middle and long distance running has always achieved excellent results.On the basis of understanding the middle and long distance running events(including marathon),this study systematically uses heart rate meter to collect data,and explores the application of TRIMP(training impulse,TRIMP)in training monitoring of middle and long distance running events(including marathon).Through the application of TRIMP combined with the sports characteristics of middle and long distance running events,suggestions and improvement measures are put forward for the training plan,so as to prevent overtraining and maximize the athlete's performance and training effect.Based on the theories of sports training,sports physiology,sports human body science and sports biomechanics,this paper adopts the methods of documentation,expert interview,mathematical statistics,experiment,case analysis and logical analysis to study eight middle and long distance runners in Yunnan Province,such as Dong Guojian,Yang Dinghong and Zhang Deshun.Application of Heart Rate TRIMP in Middle and Long Distance Running.The heart rate monitoring system of Polar Team 2 team made in Finland was used to collect the whole course heart rate,maximum heart rate,average heart rate,quiet heart rate and heart rate in different training courses of 8 middle and long distance runners in Yunnan Province.The whole course tracking test and evaluation were carried out for two and a half months.Morton's TRIMP exercise load calculation method: TRIMP = A.B.C A = exercise time(min);B = [(HRT-HRB)/(HRMAX-HRB);C = 0.64 eDB e = natural logarithm(2.712);HRT = average heart rate;HRB = basic heart rate;HRMAX = maximum heart rate;D = 1.92(male),1.67(female).Research conclusions: 1.Using the method of Morton's TRIMP exercise load calculation,which is based on the heart rate interval to quantify the training load,combines the factors of training quantity and intensity,reflects the internal load stimulus that the body bears in the process of exercise training,and can play a good role in evaluating the sustainability endurance special courses and intermittent special training courses of middle and long distance running events.The role of training load.2.TRIMP can effectively reflect the external stimulation of athletes,and can achieve the accurate quantitative load target of middle and long distance runners.3.Through the longitudinal comparison of the TRIMP values of athletes in different classes,combined with the performance of athletes,the author believes that the change of TRIMP values can help coaches and athletes to adjust their physiological and psychological loads more timely.
