Resilience refers to the individual on the pressure and difficulties understanding the environment, experience and personality traits comprehensive positive behavior, which makes the pressure and difficulties on their own circumstances and support from others and actively adapt to the environment and maintaining mental health. The level of resilience of the individual is of great significance. This stage, study abroad for higher resilience, but for the resilience of the domestic is still in its infancy. On the resilience of teachers helping teachers help groups in the complex environment of better career development, enhance work performance. At the same time, also help our resilience mechanism of in-depth study.In this study, based on the literature search and interviews, prepared with good reliability and validity of the "resilience of the questionnaire teachers" of the 292 primary and secondary school teachers resilience, research the resilience of the structure and level of teacher characteristics. Investigated teachers and professional success and resilience of the relationship between mental health.Mainly in the following conclusions:1) primary and secondary school teachers from the emotional stability and resilience of the questionnaire, self-efficacy, social support, achievement motivation, self-esteem, and problem solving skills and behavior of these six dimensions, studies have shown that the questionnaire has good reliability and validity.2) various positions of teachers in primary and secondary teachers, resilience dimensions of achievement motivation and self-esteem there are significant differences, subject teacher and head teachers on achievement motivation had significantly higher scores of leaders, known under the scores of evaluation criteria, Teacher and class teachers to higher achievement motivation. Dimension in the self-esteem, compared to administrative staff, the higher the level of the class teacher's self-esteem.3) teachers teach different grade resilience of self-esteem there are differences between the dimensions and grades 7-9 teachers in the highest esteem.4) Total resilience of different grade teacher in the teaching of the existence of differences, and differences between several groups was significant, 7-9th grade teachers, the highest level of resilience.5) gender and marital status, gender and economic status, school type and family economic situation of the interaction of these different dimensions of resilience are there differences.6) The correlation analysis showed that primary and secondary school teachers and professional success resilience and mental health has some relevance. Another multiple regression analysis showed that, resilience to mental health has some predict.
