Study Of The Ideological And Political Education In Colleges From View Of College Students' Participation Rights

To construct a harmonious socialist society needs the participation of the whole society as well as the successors who have more consciousness of participant in socialist construction. The third session of the 11th National People's Congress, on the basis of expanding democracy and advocating equality, focused on developing the spirit of the broad masses'participation in politics, which proposes requirements on paying more attention to the participation of college students and constructing the harmonious campus with rules of law, as well as provides an important opportunity to the innovation of ideological and political education in this new period.College students are main bodies of college's management and main objects of ideological and political education in college. College students have the participation rights that are related to their own development and are important rights for the development of college and even the whole society. Improving the degrees of participation can promote the innovation of ideological and political education; therefore, this thesis will be analyzed from the perspective of developing college students'participation with a view to opening a new channel for the development of ideological and political education. This thesis firstly makes a brief introduction on those researches of college students'related rights and the ideological and political education in colleges, and points out that college students'participation rights which is an important part of college students'rights is an important means to realize the democratic management in colleges and is also an important category of ideological and political education in colleges. Then, based on analyzing the relationship between college students'participation rights and the ideological and political education in colleges, this thesis puts forward that improving college students'participation rights means a challenge for the ideological and political education in colleges and a new way, or a new perspective for the innovation of the ideological and political education in colleges. In a word, Combined with the present situations of college management, college students'participation and ideological and political education, the author proposes that the ideological and political education could be innovated from the aspects of education concept, education content, education method, education environment etc, based on the perspective of developing college students' participation.
