Interpersonal networks are living basis of human. As the web 2.0 technology is still developing, and the netizens are more and more like to contact each other through internet, the social networking service becomes more and more popular for its resources-sharing and multi-interacting among the netizens. Meanwhile, a new culture will turn out by the creation of a new medium. As a new branch of popular culture,the social networking culture is affecting more and more netizens'living and value. Nowadays, many Chinese studies just focus on the profit model of the social networking service, but what we should do is to play more attention to the affection from the social networking culture to the netizens, for the social networking culture is already a new way of life.The current domestic specialized social networking services are taken as the objects. Through the analysis of these services, preliminary studies of the social networking culture will be done, and some parts of the former studies will be recorded in this study.This article takes the media culture, sociology,psychology and semiotics as the rationale, and it is summarized and refined after the collection of the massive related secondary information by the author. First, the definition of social networking service and social networking culture are introduced and reorganized. Next, the development condition of social networking service is stated and the features and function of those services are analyzed. Then, the cause, feature, and function are analyzed with some examples. Finally, based on the creation of the social networking culture, the analysis below and the study of the status quo, the problem of social networking culture development is pointed out, and a solution is declared then.
