Research On Information Strategy Of Inner Mongolia University Of Finance And Economics

University informationization is a huge system engineering. From microscopic perspective, it includes the information infrastructure construction, management system construction, teaching resource construction, talent team construction and other aspects. From a macro perspective, it is related to the management of colleges and universities, teaching, scientific research and social services such as many fields. These aspects constitute a multi-dimensional and multi-level education informationization. Therefore, we should study university informationization in a whole, correctly understand the connotation of higher education informationization, and guide the practice of university informationization.The paper analyzes the college informationization development both at home and abroad, thus promoting the information construction of Inner Mongolia University of Finance and Economics. First Chapter mainly elaborates the research background and significance of this article, and provides research ideas and methods. The Second Chapter illiterates the basic concept of university informationization strategy, including strategic management, informationization, education informationization and the informationization stage theory. The Third Chapter elaborates the university informationization strategy at home and abroad, based on the successful experience from domestic and foreign university informationization strategy, thus promoting informationization strategy of Inner Mongolia University of Finance and Economics. The Fourth Chapter establishes informationization strategy of Inner Mongolia University of Finance and Economics by SWOT analyzing the current situation of information strategies. The Fifth Chapter twelfth five-year strategic plan to our university elaborates the concept of informationization, management informationization, teaching andresearch informationization etc based on the current information strategic route choice of our university.In this paper, we compare informationization strategy between the university in the developed areas and our university by means of comparative analysis method. we analyze the informationization strategy of by instance analysis methods. By the analysis of the informationization development of colleges and universities at home and abroad, wecombine the actual conditions of our university, point out the existing problems in the informationization development, and put forward the countermeasures, thus making this study as a forward-looking and guidance.
