With human society's development and progress, social practice demands to enhance laborers ' quality day by day,but the true,the good and the beautiful is the goal which human practice pursues,this requests the laborers must have the quality of the true,the good and the beautiful,this is also the goal of our country education for all-around development. Which the pursuit of true,the good and the beautiful blend completely and unify highly, is human society's ideal,is also the education for all-around development pursue highest boundary. Therefore,if we want to improve laborers, quality of the true,the good and the beautiful, we must improve education quality, but teaching is the most important school work,we cultivate talents with quality of the true,the good and the beautiful,teaching is a most effective way. Therefore, we should pay great more attention to the pursuit of the true, the good and the beautiful in teaching.The true is the essence of things,namely, the objective laws of things which possess,the good is available for the humanity pursues in practice and valuable to the society,it has also the positive meaning for the human survival development, in other words,it is reasonable benefit. The beautiful is a perceptual show of innate character and the freedom vitality. Meantime the relationship of the true,the good and the beautiful is closed and important between them. The true is the basis for the good.The good is the premise and the soul of the beauty. The beautiful is unity of the true and the good. Without the true and the good there is no the beautiful. Therefore, In teaching the pursuit of the true,the good and the beautiful must be united, the pursuit is the basis, the pursuit of the good is the soul, the pursuit of the beautiful is the realm of the highest. The harmony of the three can acquire the purpose which talents are development in an all-around way, achieving the harmony of human and nature, human and society, finishing the task of quality education. Thus studying on the pursuit of the true,the good and the beautiful is both practical significance and theoretical significance .Base on actual situation,whether the organization of teachers,teaching ability or the quality of the students,there are indeed many problems,so studying on the pursuit of the true,the good and the beautiful can improve the idea of teachers,changing teacher's action, emphasizing the education of the true,the good and the beautiful,training students,the quality of the true,the good and the beautiful,making students obtain harmonious and all-round development. Something about pursuit of the true, the good and the beautiful in teaching have not recognized, I make some researches in order to improve and perfect it in this respect.Teaching needs to pursue the true, the good and the beautiful, exploring the intrinsic essence of the teaching, and considering its responsibility. The true in teaching refers to the right knowledge, real sentiment, grasping the teaching rule earnestly; The good in teaching is a kind of good personal character, the behavior standards and the energetic boundary, is also humanities mood and teaching wisdom which the teacher should have; The beautiful in teaching is a harmony through the whole teaching of each aspect, is unification which teaching pursues the true,the good and the beautiful. So teaching which guide students to grasp knowledge pursues the true, teaching which explores and defends the verity pursues the true, teaching which reflects the value of the teachers and students pursues the true, teaching which is in the pursuit of the effect of teaching pursues the true. Teaching pursuing the good should focus on teaching which has a good educational in the whole process of the teaching , teaching pursuing the good also shows good qualities of modern teacher in order to pursue the development of teaching.
