Research On Graduates Employment Service Of Independent College

Recently,with the adjustment of the economic structure and the increasing amount of graduates,the employment situation becomes more and more serious,which has drawn the attention of various fields.Independent college,as a major educational branch,has its unique background,school-construction and administrative mechanism.Compared with other colleges in terms of employment,it has many features in common with them,whereas,it also differs from them.This thesis is based on the theoretical classics of Marxism and worldwide studies on employment and also it is greatly inspired by the thoughts of government leaderships on employment.In terms of the research in the thesis,it is largely enhanced by the valuable experiences on employment of gra duates in the United States,European Union,Japan as well as the advanced practices of career devel opment in Hongkong,Macao and Taiwan.Besides,it also did a lot of studies and analysis based on the data about the career and employment situations in the independent colleges in Hebei Province.Those data are all collected from the graduates of the Hebei independent colleges,the employment institutions in the colleges,the government employment departments and the public employment or ganizations.Thereafter,the study in the thesis emphasizes the characteristics and the typical problem of the employment service in the Hebei independent colleges,which mainly lies in the absence of public employment services of the government and local employment system.Besides,the governm ent unit service mechanism is not perfect,which remained employment discrimination on the third-grade college;the characteristics of independent college is not obvious,and the employment service level is uneven;graduates' comprehensive quality needs to be improved,and they have high employ ment expectations;the third party employment service market is not yet perfect and full of chaos;the employment concept of parents is relatively backward,which fails to play a positive guiding role.Above these problems have put much pressure as well as powers on ideological and political education work of independent colleges.To enhance the employment service of independent college in Hebei Province,the construction must be based on an overall situation of economic,social and political development;on the emphasis from the party and the government;on the chance of "Jing-Jin-Ji" co-development;on the reveal of the idea "People come the first" in employment and the national emphasis on talents.According to this,this thesis advocates an employment service mode for independent college graduates called "six aspects forming one entity":the government should facilitate and guard the employment;the company should adjust and improve its talent employment mechanism;the independent college should have its distinguished characteristics and cultivating mechanism and strengthen the employment service;the graduate should form a scientific view on employment and cultivate his own ability;the employment agency should optimize the market service;and parents should positively influence and educate their children.Meanwhile,this thesis will explore the collaborative function of this mode.It will form a mechanism guarantee by constructing the employment mechanism;a talent guarantee by collaborating various organization;a project by serving the regional public service projects;an informational guarantee by building up an employment platform;a rear service guarantee by increasing investment and talents environment;an effect guarantee by investigating and giving feedback on employment.Through these six aspects'guarantee mechanism,this mode will enhance the employment situation as a whole in independent colleges greatly.
