Study On The Development Proposals Of Rural Vocational Education Under The Background Of The New Type Urbanization

The new type of urbanization is the inevitable choice of economic and social development, and also is the inevitable choice to create an urbanization path with Chinese characteristics. Jiangxi province is a traditional agricultural province which the rural population accounts for the main body status. Vigorously promote the new type of urbanization is a grand strategy to speed up the rise of Jiangxi province and implement the goal of “Fu min xin gan”. As the new "dual acceleration" of urbanization and industrialization, Jiangxi extremely need a large number of high quality and high skilled talents urgently to support the cause of the new urbanization construction and development, make a higher requirement to the scale and quality of rural vocational education development. The surplus rural labor force implement reasonable and orderly transformation to town through the rural vocational education, also the rural vocational education make the heavy population burden of rural change into a huge human resources advantages, meanwhile, it provide the high quality talent support and guarantee of intelligence for the sustainable development of the new type of urbanization and industrialization. Therefore, how to implement the sustainable development and how to effectively serve the new urbanization construction under the background of the new type of urbanization for the rural vocational education? It has important theoretical and practical significance to explore the development countermeasures of the rural vocational education under the background of the new type urbanization in Jiangxi province.This paper which take the literature research and system analysis as the main research method is designed to analysis the demand of Jiangxi province’s labor resource base on the characteristics and the main tasks of the new type of urbanization in Jiangxi province, from the transfer of population urbanization, upgrading of industrial structure and urban and rural integration, and it analysis various problems in the development of rural vocational education in Jiangxi province under the background of the new type of urbanization. Finally, the author gets the development countermeasure for the rural vocational education to better serve the new type urbanization from two aspects in summing up the present situation and problems.
