On the case of teacher-professional development, many experts and scholars respectively do the research from practice, reflection, research, knowledge structure, cooperation, roles and perspectives of emotion, and grasp the status and future trends of teacher-professional Development on the basic of document generalization to provide reliable theoretical and practical base for reasearch on teacher-professional development.By using document, questionnaires, interviews, statistics and other methods, we have took a systematic study on the main issues which have a great impact on primary and secondary PE teachers professional development whose interviewees are 194 primary and secondary school physical education teachers from Fujian, Shandong and Ningxia provinces. To further explore the different attitudes of different social characteristics on different issues, we analyze the data by using descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, variance analysis and correlation analysis.The results show that:First, self-reflection is the basis for the growth of primary and secondary school PE teachers. Teaching practice is the basic way to Professional development. To improve teaching, 82.5% of the teachers think that the effect of after-school summary is better, and 99.5% often think independently about their teaching problems on their experience and knowledge.Second, school-based research is an effective mean for PE teachers creative mind formation, access to useful information, overcoming job burnout, improving their own quality, 93.9% of the primary and secondary PE teachers admit the importance of engaging in teaching and research activities.Third, rich and sound knowledge structure is the premise for one person being capable of teaching profession, teacher knowledge structure is reasonable or not is directly related to the quality of teacher education. Systems expertise and broad knowledge of Humanities and Social Sciences is basis for the primary and secondary school physical education teachers development.Fourth, recognizing the role with right emotion is an important factor for primary and secondary vocational teachers professional development, 93.3% of teachers are satisfied with the job. Teachers from different social characteristics and external conditions of development, with different age, different teaching experience, different teachers'professional title shows basically as "U" type trend; Key schools'teachers focus more on job satisfaction.Fifth, professional development of primary and secondary PE teachers is a process of multiple cooperation. Cooperation is not only responsibility but also demand.80.4% of teachers think that exchange of teaching playing a active role for improving education effect, the provincial key schools PE teachers rated; in the process of career growth, the novice and female physical education teachers are likely to being affected by the higher level of colleagues.
